[NCF Based]NCF Power Calculator - Software
Hi all ! Alcibiades and I are proud to present you the Heroes V NCF Power Calculator !
It is the same thing than Alcibiades's spreadsheet, but in a program.
Hope you'll use it !

If you don't have the Framework .NET, please download it on the Microsoft website. If you haven't got it, you'll not be able to use this program.
All credits are for ALCBIADES. It's him who had the original idea of power calculating.
I've just created a program with HIS formulas.

Great work. I should say that all credit for this goes to TSoD, really, it was his idea to develop the spreadsheet into a program which will make it much easier to use, I just explained the numbers to him. Maybe we should have taken the time to check whether something needed an upgrade, but haven't got the time right now.

something is wrong because it doesn't work for me
I have Framework.net
error message
"you can not run aplication because configuration is bad. the problem maybe solved by reinstaling the application"

i had it.
At first it downloaded Framework.net, but the installer said that i have newer version.
i tried to unistall and install it again. didn't work .
now i will try to install this Microsoft Visual C++ 2005
every thing has been installed and the system rebooted.
Still no change
I unpacked the Heroes V NCF Power Calculation into Desktop or should it be in game folder

Such a simple program shouldn't require the "Framework .NET" IMO

@Asheera : Yes it is simple. But if we want a GUI program and not a DOS, we must use the framework .NET

No, you can create GUI programs without it, but it is a lot harder though (you have to use the low-level functions of Windows GUI for that)

OK.
After downloading more of 65mg from microsoft 
I could run it.
I made a lot of test with original creatures stats and never the results was exactly same with their power, weekly growth and cost...
So, it is obvious Nival didn't use this program to calculate him-self the power rating.
And also from these results, I guess this program don't use the Nival's algo.
The best calculator should calculate as the original creatures were calculated to keep perfect balancing with.

Not really random, but more like using their 'gut feelings'. It is a possibility.
