After seing things like this happening more and more often, I grow desgusted of people telling me that the death penalty is not an option.
Even more, the "torture & death" penalty. This kind of sick people should be completely erased, after a good dose of Asian torture.

Though asian torturing is good i prefer spanish inquisition methods.
50 years ago murders were based on political beliefs (mainly in USSR) i remember that lithuanian guerillas killed a smith just because he helped out the soviets by putting new horseshoes on their horse. One smith to 4 villages. Great 'heaven' IMO. Though we(writing we i mean countries occupied by USSR) lived in reppresion but ask the elderly. Most of them will say that it was better in the Soviets. And why go back 50 years? Just look what events took place around 1991-1996 in countries that regained their independance. Total chaos. But this is not a historical debate.
Rapists,child killers and other psychos must be destroyed by any cost. Burn them,hang them,shoot them,drown them,poison them,chop their heads off,whatever. These kind of *censored* people are a disgrace of every country. And jail is to light punishment to them. But on the other hand other captives hate scum like theese.

I believe these men should be killed (since society would be better off without them and such create a better world). But the problem with the death penalty is that you have to set a minimum on what makes it and usually that's murder. What if you are charged for murdering someone, yet you are innocent. Even worse, what if you were executed and then more evidence turns up?
And torture is never humane.

Well, it must be just me, but i find it more "humane" to torture a 50 yearz old pedophile than to torture a 17 months old baby. But that's my point of view.

good point. I suggest a new type of punishment to rapists and pedophiles. Chop off their penis'. Could be a good way to teach the society.

Well, I for one don't think that this is so easy.
Think a moment about prostitution of children. Children are sold by their parents (for the money, they are poor), bought by pimps, and sold again to the customers. Who is worse? Parents, pimps or customers?
Now leave the children aside and take the whole business of human trafficking or "modern slavery" you might call it. How bad is that?
Now take one person who is parent, pimp and customer at the same time. Is that really so much worse than being just one of those?
Obviously, doing all those things (and probably killing someone as well) is more difficult than doing only one of those. But is that really so? Is selling a child into whatever fate really better than pimping and abusing it yourself? Is "just" pimping any children really better than doing it exclusively with your own for yourself? Is abusing your own child really worse than abusing any child?
And for that matter, is all of that really worse than doing it with an older girl or a grown-up?
So how many people do you want to kill?
The question is, what makes people doing it? Why do some people everything for money, no matter how vile it is or how harmful for others? Why do some people have so vile desires - and go ahead and try to fulfill them?
Or what makes people so inhuman?
We won't find the answers to those questions by killing everyone like that. But we should find the answers so that we may be able to prevent those cases.

Selling humans,thats a very huge problem in my country. Girls are sold as prostitutes to Great Britain, United Arab Emyrates and other countries. I guess that purging the society of scum like rapists and child killers isnt the way, but IMO the punishment MUST fit the crime.

more humane? You do realize that if it wasn't humane you would become like him right? I mean he tortures, you torture.

I'm missing a valid reason for all these cries for the death penalty/torture.
What would that accomplish? Other then "revenge", I mean, and strictly spoken, if revenge IS a motive, then revenge would be the right of the victims, not the bystanders.
Moreover, what about the guys buying and selling prostitutes into a sort of modern slavery - they are doing it for money, but how many more ruined lifes are they responsible for? Why is no one crying with THEM?
Why is it basically not worth mentioning if someone does vile things "for money", while it is a sensation and an incredible crime when someone does something for... "pleasure".
The second one is sick, but is the first one less so?
