Actually the last few years it has become easier to lose my sleep, especially when I have exams. The annoying part is that I am not feeling nervous consciously..

I just still can't adapt to the fact that I need to get up early in the morning to get to class in time. So I just got used to studying in a drowsy state instead.

Here's an important tip I read somewhere: If you wake up, do NOT turn the lights on, or you'll lose your sleep. I'm serious.
And if you can't sleep, why don't you play some games so that you won't get bored?

Thinking before sleep and gaming early into the morning are what gets me. I'm usually luck to get a good 5 hours of sleep.

I've been having difficulty sleeping at a normal time lately. I got up at 4 in the afternoon today, and that annoyed me quite a bit since my alarm was supposed to have gone off at around 8:30 am, but it didn't.  These days, I'm usually getting to sleep at around 5 or 6 am and then waking up either a couple of hours later or at some stupid time like 2 pm to 4 pm. It's all messed up, lol.
