In Pewter city a women and a old geezer with their pokemon at their sides walked into the broken remains of the museum. There was tiny glass pieces all over the floor, none of the buildings windows was intact anymore. Display cases was shattered, and all that remained in them could not have any possible value at all.
Somebody who could be the curator was attempting to wear a hole into a gigantic long carpet, by walking back and forth talking to himself: "What can be at the river that has all these thugs in such an uproar? Why can't they just leave us alone?!"
There was also a few people hiding in the corners shivering in fear in the room. The situation itself looked like something out of some kind of random horror movie.
Yari drags Thor towards the curator, Abra is levitating drowsy after them and Munchlax is walking slow after them. Thor attempted to drag out a sketchbook or sorts from his cloth of hammerspace, without dragging out anything else. He already had a pencil in his hand.
The curator must have noticed them because he had his eyes planted at them, Yari started moving her jaws a little then spoke to the curator: "The police is on their way, in case you wanted to know. Was this team Infinius doing?" She waited for an awser.
Thor had managed to get out his sketchblock and no words esquaped his mouth, he was drawing pretty poor drawings of the location.

"The Police? Bah, useless all of them. Of course this was Team Infinitus' handiwork. Somebody very powerful and influential is backing them, and its somebody powerful enough to tie the police force's hands." barked the curator. "Even if they DO do something when they arrive, it will probably be too late. They are close to finding what they are looking for I believe."

Yari quickly replied: "Then what are they looking for? I know this museum is famous for its moon rocks, but what are they looking for then? And exact where are they heading, this situation will not solve itself. Besides we got the tools needed for the job."
*Yari drags out a map from the dated tourist book along with a ink pen, and hands it to the curator*
Thor uttered the words: "You heard the mistress, draw. Or this will turn out like the situation back those days, the mill had..... Nevermind we lack the time, and time is short!"

"My guess is they headed toward the water to the north, though I would probably not call it a 'lake' myself. Some wealthy person had an overgrown pond made, and filled it with all sort of rare fish pokemon. Guy by the name of Alfred Blake. Lets anybody who wants try to catch the pokemon in the lake. Head north out of town and unless you are blind you can not miss it."

Jeremy started up the big tower that was the Violet Gym with more than a little trepidation. The footing was uncertain all the way up, the walls of the Gym being slick and wet. Only one thing kept him going.
“Story of the century, story of the century…I’m gonna die…” He paused a moment about one story above the water level and made the mistake of looking down. “Eeeee…” He cringed, seriously considering going right back down again until an exclamation of “Cubone! Cu!” from behind his head urged him back into motion with a gulp.
“Story of the century, story of the century…just a little further…”
Jeremy reached the top and instantly wished himself at the bottom again, shivering at the sight of those evil violet eyes. Cubone took no notice, and hopped off him onto the roof while he got properly to his feet. The creature growled—a challenge? A warning? There was no way to know. Jeremy backed away instinctively, but there was no where to go but down…
“You don’t scare me!” he declared in a shrill, panic-laden voice that fooled no one. His hands fumbled for the zipper on Harriet’s case.
Cubone took a stubborn stance in front of the would-be reporter and demanded to know what the cat-thing was doing there—though of course the words were in Poke-speak that none of the humans could understand in any case.

Yari and Thor
Apon arrival at the lake, you see a big well dressed man who looks exhusted. Beside him is a Bayleaf that looks just as tired, and injured as well. Surrounding him is several goons, some fainted pokemon, and some pokemon that are still up. Looks like a very unfair fight.
"Hang in there Bay. Only a few more of these upstarts to go." the well dressed man looks at the goons. "Can't take me on one at a time, huh? Well, you are not getting that egg!" that is when you notice that behind him on a rock is a small egg.
"Hand it over! More of us are on our way, and your bayleaf may be strong, but even it can only take so much. We will have that egg, save you and your pokemon some pain and just leave!" replies one of the goons.
((Left standing there are 4 Turtwig, and a Rattata none seem infected, all are level 10. The Bayleaf is level 15, and has 10 hp left.

Steve's little piller has climbed up on it's own. It activates GLOW (which since it is full health does nothing but a 'Flash' attack)
Enemy's accuracy falls one level, it can now be hurt for the next 2 turns.
Mysterious enemy pokemon uses Pulse. Pokedex's register it as an Unknown Move.
It is not very effective, Vi takes 15 points of damage. Vi will act last next turn.
The attack misses Cubone.

Jeremy’s fingers fumbled with Harriet’s case until at last he extracted the camcorder. Cubone’s eyes narrowed at the cat-thing and she charged, swinging her club.
“Wait, I’m not ready yet!”
“CUBONE!”
”Okay, okay!” Jeremy finally got Harriet sorted and focused on the fight. “Now I’m ready!” He zoomed in on the cat-creature.
“We bring you live to the top of the Violet City Gym, where a strange Pokemon has attacked and—”
“Cubone cu bone cubone!”
“I can’t understand what you’re saying!” Jeremy protested. Then he remembered that he was recording. “The strange Pokemon seems to be the source of the storm currently flooding Violet City…”

Yari snapped the situation. She just hoped the old geezer would not attempt to hijack the situation, she already was well on the rails of doing that. The tools and the odds was present.
She then quickly attempted to hijack the control over Thor, and thus Munchlax by speech: "We got to take that egg, if we teleport now we can't use teleport to get away. So we must take down those goons, and be a distraction so the guy in a dress may order his pokemon to start using a move that restores health. Order your Munchlax to use Metronome, and lets pray it becomes something usefull."
She then ordered Abra to be on standby for teleporting to the egg, if Munchlax happend to use an massive explosive move so they would not get caught in the blast.
She then got the party to running towards the the battle.
Yari screeched into the air: "REGENERATE YOU TWIT!" to the dressed man. The screech would likely call in other goons if there was more, but they had teleport ready anyway.
Thor thought while running: "The brat is good, we might even survive this!"

Steve watches Vi climb up the string, and then looks at the bone in his hand, and the wall.
"Well, I suppose being a trainer is going to include plenty of exercise as well. That I can live with." He looks up at the eye. "That, I'm not so sure about. Well, I had best start up in any case."
Steve plants a foot against the wall, then the other, making his way up the wall as fast as he could manage. The flash of light almost makes him lose his balance, but he recovers and continues on. Once up there, he takes in the information he can obtain with a glance. He sees that Vi is not doing so great.
"Vi, come back and take a well deserved rest! Meowth, come on out, and use....What was that again? Some little tricky thing..Oh, yes, Fake Out!"

Munchlax uses Metronome. The sunlight became harsh. The old guy smiled. "Perfect! Now you can see how really powerful a pokemon can be! Bayleaf, use Solar Beam!" ((Note: I have no idea if Metronome can do Sunny Day, but in my world it can  )).
Bayleaf uses Solar Beam. Critical hit against one of the enemy. ((30 damage)). The enemy faints. The goons look up at the sky, and the Munchlax.
"Quick, hit the Bayleaf with everything you got! Get that egg! With Sunny Day out he can use that attack every turn and we can't withstand that!"
The old guy chuckles. "Not so fast! Bayleaf return! You didn't think that was my only pokemon did you?!" he throws out a pokeball and a Roserade is revealed...
Roserade, the Rose Pokemon. Level 21. (Way stronger then the current pokemon).
Moves : Solar Beam
Sythesis
Cut
Mega Drain

Darek makes it to the roof. You (everybody) notice the vortex over head starting to turn into a funnel.

Steve eyes the forming of a funnel. It is a little worrying. He looks to all around him, with the opposing pokemon being the last. Perhaps if they were to eliminate this pokemon, the funnel would go away as well. He was not totally sure about this, though he wasn't totally sure about anything at the time.
"Meowth, scratch it!"

Jeremy tilted his camcorder up at the growing funnel, momentarily forgetting his surroundings. His jaw dropped in horror.
“Uh-oh…”
Cubone, who along with the little Light type caterpillar was still battling the cat-thing, was not amused by his sudden distraction.
“CUUUUBOOONE!!!”
“Oh right!” Jeremy trained his lense back on the battle. “The storm here is intensifying in fury as the battle atop the Violet City Gym rages on!”
“CUBONE!” The little Ground type swung her club at the foe again, the attack fueled by frustration. “Cu CUBONE cu bone CUBONE!”

Meowth uses scratch attack. Does 7 points of damage.
Cubone uses Bone Club. Does 12 points of damage..
Scard uses Confusion. Does 10 points of damage.
Enemy pokemon recovers from the effects of the light attack and will be immune to damage. The enemy pokemon darkens, and it's body once again has what looks like stars inside of it. The groups' pokedexes analyze the energy and are able to figure out what it means. Each pokedex beeps and displays the information that the pokemon will be immune to any damage, but not to any stat lowering attacks (but damage from things like poison, burn, etc will not damage the creature)
Enemy Pokemon uses Hurricane. Countdown has started. Countdown in 3. The storm funnel closes in on the enemy.
Meowth and Cubone both take 5 points of damage from the storm.

Jeremy squawked as the icy rain sprayed across him like flung shot, but the noise of the storm was such he could barely hear himself. The wind was so strong he nearly lost his footing—a very frightening prospect at the top of a tower, circled by raging flood waters on all side.
Cubone grit her teeth under her skull helmet. She charged the strange Pokemon again, then at the last second spun around and tried to knock it off its feet.

The gust of wind that almost got Jeremy actually gets Steve. Though, only knocking him down to his hands and knees. The constant interference of the ice complicates things as he tries to both regain his vertical stance, and shield what he can.
He can see well enough to see the appearance of the pokemon change, and hear the faint sounds of his pokedex trying to get his attention. He decides it may be best to remain on his knees, and check on what the thing has to tell him.
"So, it can't be damaged now? Well, I suppose that's where you come in, Vi. Though, you're not looking too good."
Steve checks his pokedex once more. He realized what he had seen earlier.
"Meowth, let out your fiercest growl! Vi, show us your magnificent light, and glow!"
