Thinking about seeing it today along with godzilla. Haven't seen or heard anything about either(spoilers or previews/trailers), so i intend to enjoy both going in blind.

Nah. Fox X-Man movies are a trainwreck and casting Sansa Stark as Jean Grey didn't work for me. Well, the actress did become more refined over the years but there's something off-putting in her...

Currently watching the credits of Godzilla.

MAGNIFICENT
CHEESE.
lol, godzilla as a christ figure, while ghidora is so obviously the biblical luciferian dragon from space. 
The writing was cheesier than my cheetos popcorn. The cheese reached heights i wouldn't have thought possible. I sit here basking in the glorious after-glow of all that sexy cheese. Never before, and likely never again, will i experience such monster-movie refinery. 2 thumbs and 2 big toes up. Go see this movie. Omfg.

Now sitting down to watch dark phoenix. Probably won't compare to godzilla, but whatever. We'll see.

Meh. It was ok.

My favorite part of the movie was when magneto collapsed the train car like a tin can. With some enemies in it.

Nukes don't kill godzilla, they power him up like batteries do for the energizer bunny.
Watch the movie and you'll see how obvious the religious themes are.

Stan & Ollie - 9/10
A pleasant little film, old style "clean" family comedy bio-drama. Not sure how many of the events were exaggerated for the story but gave quite an insight for someone who grew up watching Laurel & Hardy in the 60's.

I watched From Dusk Till Dawn for the first time the other night. Seemed really good most of the way through, but then WTF? Turned completely ridiculous!
I also watched Seven Pounds the night before, I thought it was a bit 'meh'.

I saw Detective Pikachu last week. Not bad. The villain of the piece was really predictable, but other than that it was enjoyable.
If they make another one, I hope it's about Pokemon training and gym battles.

The challenge is how to make a bunch of Pokemon fight each other in forced gladiatorial combat on the big screen without making it look weird.
The difficulty of translating a video/card game to a movie.
Pokemon are an oppressed race under the thumb of the intolerant patriarchy.

I watched MIB International earlier today. Quite a decent movie, 6/10. Most enjoyable for me in the movie was Tessa Thompson, definitely got a crush on her for some reason

So, Marvel announced, like 10+ movies/tv series in phase 4.
I'm mostly interested in Doctor Strange 2: Multiverse of Madness, because it will be about, well, madness and gothic horror which sounds interesting.
Also Shang-Chi and the Legend of Ten Rings, because Mandarin.
PS: It's interesting there's no mention of Spider Man, so they don't plan a next movie, at least for now...

I was quite happy to hear about fantastic four, blade, doctor Strange 2 and Mandarin - even casting Tony Leung too  The timing to introduce him is good and it actually makes more sense to introduce him in that setting than in ironman. Oh and Thor 4 with Waititi returning. I hope he doesn't go full comedy a second time.
