Quick question about a picture.
Without looking it up on google, wikipedia or anything, give me a simple, yes/no answer to this question:
Does the following picture mean anything to you without additional context?
Also, for reference, please add your age and country of origin.
This is something my brother asked me to do, what with a conversation he's had.

feels like some sot of protest. The red is very evocative especially when combined and contrasted by the white... like a protest against a tyrant who kills innocents.
