But I was thinking of like.. Things to do that improves your confidence . Like some guidelines for me to work with myself ?

Think about stuff that you like doing or things you're good at, preferably both though. And then do it/them! Or think about what you don't like or what you're bad at and do something about it. Maybe there's something missing for you (like vitamins ) that makes you feel down. The hard part is defining these things, 'specially the last one. I often find myself needing social stuff. Been with any people lately? Or just drink some sugarwater or coffee, it'll get the body going! Wait! That sounds kinda lazy, it's better to do some work out, it'll get the body going! Just some tips I've found useful!

While the cases you describe are out there it isn't fun (and worthwhile for that matter) to get this bonus without you wanting to get it. If it's not something you create (some of you might say "fake") then it's not something you can play to your favour.
Apart from that finding someone "cute" comes dangerously close to belittleing (horrible spelling ?) one, which does very little for your self confidence, wouldn't you say?
Now things to do to boost your selfconfidence? Hmm... It depends what kind of "selfconfidence" you want to boost. If you want to feel more "worth" as a human being try doing something that'll be atleast a little rewarding in the end. For example:
Do a puzzle (sounds stupid but seriously it's rewarding if it's difficult enough), try Soduko (same as puzzle), go hiking (healthy for mind and body but considering you live in danmark no real option xD) or just do something you think you're good at (music in your case).
Now those are something like mental pushups, pretty easy but you know... not going to give you that HUGE boost you may be looking for. If you want a big boost you should try something you'd usually not do. You seem to be very shy so try going to a club (or any other location where you can spot other females) and hit on a girl. If you succed the your ego will swell nicely (ego you pig!).
Now should you fail things will also get interesting. Either you'll take that blow and be devastated and think you have no chance with the ladies etc. etc. etc. or you'll take it like A MAN (HUUUUUUARGH!!) and simply laugh at it and move on.
So both cases will be "training" in one way or another. I simply took hitting on girls as an example since that seems like one of the areas that interest you while you're not yet that experienced. The same goes for anything else you "always wanted to do but never tried".
Now good luck with that.
EDIT: But seriously... it's all in the head. But don't just walk arround thinking "I'M AWESOME!!!" while it does help you have to careful not to "overdo" it. Because then you might just make yourself look like an idiot (I don't think Johnny Bravo means anything to you but along those lines). Be smooth, not overly selfcentered.

You say mental pushups.. I like just doing normal pushups Seeing my body change actully gives me something
But you talk about hitting on girls.. I wouldn't do it because I am in a relationship and I actully don't think I really did hit on my girlfriend when I tried to score her.. It just happened

You really don't need to have sex with them. Uncle Doomforge's tip corner: never play a knight in a shining armor: noble, honest and chivalrous to the extreme. 
If you enjoy physical boosts to self-confidence, I strongly suggest gym and some martial arts, you will definitely feel more manly ;D
