Prejudice Must End
America is one of the few nations to feel shame for inequality. We have come a long way since slavery, but we still have a long way to go. Since 1965, the American Government has used Affirmative Action to help combat prejudice in the United States. There are, however, still a number of areas that need attention.
In the National Football League, African-Americans represent 70% of players even though they are only 13% of our national population. More effort should be made to promote Caucasian and Hispanic football programs so that this inequality can be rectified.
In Hollywood, Jews represent more than 60% of our film producers even though they comprise only 2% of our national population. Regulations should be passed to force the inclusion of Christians and Non-religious people into this pool of wealth and influence.
In our State and National prisons, only 9% of our inmates are female, despite having an almost exactly equal free population to that of males. Jail sentence quotas should be established so that women can do their fair share of the prison time.

Pointless measurements, Rarensu.
It's not because 50% of America's population is female, that 50% of all inmates must be female as well, if that's what you're suggested.
Males just happen to do more crimes than females, in proportion, just as African Americans prefer playing Football rather than watiching it, or that Jews proportionally tend to go into Broadcasting business more than the non-jewish American.
Truthfull representation simply never happens, kid.

African-Americans are physically gifted more so than white people. You would want the best in your team right?

In general, Black people are better boxers, sprinters, basketball players... life isn't fair and why should we limit them so "political correctness" takes place?
To me, it's much more UNFAIR that a simple entertainer like a poor pop singer earns 20x more than a great doctor. I mean, who needs to work harder, who studied like 30% of his life, who is much more important in community? The doctor, of course. Why is he treated like garbage while some random singer of crappy pop songs (let's assume not very popular - I mean, not a guy known worldwide... just local) is considered a "star" and earns a fortune every day?
If we want to limit unfairness, we should rather look that way, imho.

This is up there in the list of most ridiculous things i've read. possibly second only to A Streetcar Named Desire which is, in all senses of the word, terrible.

So THATS why in every single american TV show they are jews or atleast goes to Church 24/7, something me and my family does like once a year and then its like a tourist attraction for us

To create artificial diversity is discrimination in itself. The labels somebody decided to place on others based on gender/skin/religion shouldn't have any meaning in the first place. It's like "you have blue eyes, we need more green-eyed people here for the sake of proving we're diverse". There's nothing prejudicial about adding people to a group if they're actually good at what they do.

But that's not what Affirmative Action is about.
It's not about equality as such, it's only and explicitely about those areas where inequality HAS BEEN or STILL IS, due to racial, ethnical or gender differences.
Moreover Affirmative Action is only valid in cases of EQUAL ABILITY. It is explicitely NOT supposed to sacrifice quality on the altar of Equality.

No seriously dude... I think you're missunderstaning this whole "quota" system. I think it's pretty much racism in a different form. I mean comeon imagine how women must feel who get a job not for their qualification but for the fact that they're a women. That's just... wrong oO.

friend of mine, born into a hindu household, she's now training to be a protestant pastor (yeah, I know it's not exact, but it's pretty damn close).
Hindu mother doesn't mind, Hindu father doesn't mind... the only one whose really making a fuss is her older brother.
