I, of course, agree completely with all of you. It is wrong to deny someone opportunities for reasons that are irrelevant and uncontrollable. Affirmative action for the sake of diversity is just another form of the same prejudice that it was designed to prevent.
Notice that the title of this thread is "Prejudice Must End". I could have chosen "Inequality Must End", and it would have been more appropriate to the content of the opening post. Can you see the difference?

You think America is the only few nations to be prejudice?
News flash,every country is prejusdice.
We can not stop prejudice because we was taught a certain way & I can garuntee that there will always be prejudice.

come of it, mate, every country feels the shame of inequality. in Britain, you are 6 times more likely to be stopped at searched by a policeman if you are black than if you are white. in france, if you are black, your are 5 times more likely to not get a job than if you are white. in Spain, if you are Moorish and you live in a native spanish part of the country, you are more likely to be refused living accommodations.
and don't even get me started on zimbabwe.

I didn't mean to say that few nations have inequality, I meant to say that few nations actually care about the inequality enough to do something about it. Look at India and China; that's half the world's population right there and neither of them gives a flying curse word about how their lower classes are doing.

...A terribly complicated topic. But where to to discuss it? Mvass has got a longer thread. He's got the credentials. But Hitler's been mentioned in that thread already and we all know what kind of a death knell that is.
One of the problems we face as human beings is that our civilization and our technology has evolved far more than our nervous systems have. And until our brains stop sending out alarm signals when we run into someone that is different than we are, we're going to be struggling with these issues.

I'm not sure if I would count Hitler as unattractive, but at least he had charisma. How could so many people listen to him so blindly otherwise?

I can't believe that sooooo many people in our nation and OUR WORLD! Do not know why there are different types of skin color. It depends on pigment and region! If u r near the equator, then u get a lot of sun. When Humans are in a certain type of environment, then a chemical reaction occurs in the pigment. And near the Equator, this causes the skin to turn to a black color, so that they can get minimal amount of sun and Maximum skin protection since they were or are out in the open and near the sun all day long like in Ancient times when Humans Started out. Whiteness occurs in more Northern parts of the world. There is less Sunlight, so the people there that were or are living need lighter skin colors (Especially White) to absorb more sunlight, but they get less Sun protection. You need Sunlight for Vitamin D, which is used for Healthy Bone growth and the such and sort. Pigment is the color of your skin.
