Ok, this is not going to be a 'save the universe' type thing. More like a Mystery. Figure out what they are doing running around in the mortal realm type deal. Mostly because they are forces of nature, and not even Kiki (with full power) could stop them.
The objective is to find out WHAT they are after, why, and delay them long enough that they run out of time as physical manisfestations. It won't be easy, and I will throw some curveballs in.
Just remember, however, these are being beyond mortal. What they do is NOT teleportation, they just simply stop being somewhere and are somewhere else. Supressors do not work on them, and they can not be harmed. They have rules (especially Death), but it is your job to figure those out  .

The landscape is probably a lot different then you think . First off..Gabe is neutral himself right now. Second..I can guarantee you it is NOT Gabe they are after..but he will have something to do with things..and lastly..might want to forget what you think you know about this .
Nothing is as black and white as it might be in some other things (not mentioning any specific things). Some of the 'good' guys have what might be considered (to some) to be 'evil' intentions. Some of the 'evil' guys..might actually be trying to do the RIGHT thing. It's gonna get confusing, but hopefully as it does..it will also get very interesting.

Ah, so they're one and the same. Nice touch.
So our people are just going to hang around and watch them, maybe possibly annoy them (and meanwhile get blown into little shreds)? Because that seems like all they can do.

Actually it is an investigation..actual police work . Also, you might be suprised what happens later. Remember, they have rules. Once you figure out the rules, you can do a lot more then just annoy them.

That is correct, but you have a few things to go on. Wherever famine is..a drought unlike anything else will be. Food shortages that just DO not make sense. (Rememeber this is very free form, so you can feel free to decide where/etc). Wherever pestilence is, diseases spring up out of nowhere, and effect people it shouldn't. Like an Uranian with the measles..or a neptunian with the flu.
Edit : I am going to HCM everybody what basically it is about, just remember the difference between Character Knowledge, and personal Knowledge.

Yeah, I know I should update. Don't whip me for it Mysti.
Just lack the time and effort for a serious post.
I can update villains since it takes almost zero either but this calls for more.
Armaments is lacking on my part too.
So don't chain me up.
