She stands easily, with the lithe grace of a feline. "As for owing me thanks, that is not neccessary Baal-San. We are allies, allies must have each others back."
She seems to be having difficulty looking at you without blushing. You think she is extreamly shy, unlike her sister.
About that time Ben comes limping in. "Where the heck did that Jorn fellow go, he was supposed to help gather everybody. You two..could you get everybody to the briefing room?" he goes of mumbling something about making an old man run around looking for people.

Alex was eating with the rest of the trainees. Two subterrans, a basilisk and an iguana were trying to befriend him.
- Kahela Mensha talked a lot about you...

- Stop it Idalah, you'll philosophing will bore our new student.- said the basilisk. So how long are you staying here, Alex?
- For two months. Maybe more. I need to forget what happened not long ago, though I doubt that it'll go away completely.
- I see. Kahela Mandalah mentioned something similiar. I wonder how'd you perform tommorow.
- I'm not a keen melee fighter, but I'll do my best, you can count on that lad.
- Not to worry, most of us suck at phase blade combat, and the best of us are arrogant douches.

- I think that Kinarakh is a puny skink in the ways of The Power compared to Alex.- Interupted Keralh.
Alex was finishing his meal.
- We'll see tommorow lads.- Alex stood up, and went to the dorm. Back at his room, Alex contacted the Iron Wolwes.
- I need a favor. Find out who hired the Bloodhawks in the last week. I need to know.
- I'll tell Cyber Rat to get right on it. Do you feel alright Scorch? You look pale, and your hair is turning gray.
- I'm fine Swede. Just fine. Say hi from me to everyone. Crussoe out.
Alex lied in his bed, thinking of any possible person or organization who would want the Crussoe family wiped out. Locked in deep thought, he fell asleep.

"OK, just a minute." - answered Baal and when Ben has gone Baal took Terra's hand and said:
"Ohh, I hope we will find a time to speak later."
As they looked eyes in eyes Baal had a nice feeling in that moment - somewhat mix of happiness, safety and propinquity of souls. Then shy girl hid her eyes and a second later Baal said:
"OK, lets go, find your sister. Meet you in the briefing room."
Baal went out from the chapel and came across Geist.
"Hey pal, we were asked to go to the briefing room. Do you know where are others?"
Geist answered:
"Alex is not in the Base, and Jorn is..."
Baal interrupted:
"Jorn knows, lets go."

One by one everybody gets a visit from Terra about meeting in the Breifing room, even if they were visited by others. Including Jorn. "Ben said to come to the Breifing room." she then teleports after saying this. Immediately after visiting everybody she teleports next to Baal again. Her sister is with her.
"Cor, so this is the bloke that has you all a tizzy? Each their own I guess sis." she leans in and whispers to Baal. "Bloke, my sister done got a shine to you, which is for you and her to figure out. Just a word of warning mate, you hurt her, I port you into your choice of a Sun or a Black Hole."

A week has passed, and Alex was improving in his combat skills, yet the anger and grief within him has grown. No information on his family's murderers. The outside of Alex has also changed. His skin has turned bone white, with black cracks on his face. His black hair now turned gray, and grew about fifty centimeters long. His body become more slim almost mercurian like. On the head four skin covered 'horns' grew, which increased his mental powers. But Alex didn't used them to a full extent, and barely used his mental razors. Only used them to push back the training drones, or to pass himself tools when he was rebuilding the jetbike. Training day and night, he pushed himself to the limit, and sometimes even went through it.
Today he was training with the other students. The main hall was separated to four 'rings' in which the students dueled with each other.
- Minakath, you're next. Our new studend is on a streak!- Said Mandalah observing Alex.
A subterran resembling a komodo dragon stepped forward.
They were using training blades, which were almost harmless. One could touch the blade and get only minor burns.
Both Alex and his oponent activated their blades and started fighting. Alex blocked every slash and thrust. He quickly advanced to attack. His oponent mostly dodged his attacks. Alex punched him in the chin, and with the help of his telekinesis lifted his oponent to mid air. Alex then jumped, performed a salto and slashed his oponent in the neck. A bright red slash mark was left on the subterran's neck.
They bowed down to each other.
- That was a good figh Alex.
- Indeed. You're a great oponent Minakath.
- Unstopable today you are Alexandrou. Earned a day of rest you have.- Said the old chameleon.
- I don't need rest master Xaralh.
- So be it. Dismissed you are.
Alex bowed down again switched the training blades to his own weapons, and went outside. He seemed to drown in a dark, brooding depression. He always blamed himself for their death. No news about those who organised their death in the first place. Suddenly he sensed other human minds. Two armored transports carrying thirty people each were approaching the citadel.
" So, They've come for me at last. The gates of hell shall open tonight."
- Don't show yourselves.- He telepathically contacted every friendly mind.- Some one has came for my life. Stay away from the battle.
- Hide we must why?- Responded Udirah.
- They're responsible for my sorrow master. I want to deal with them myself. This is my battle, and mine alone.
- Understand you we do. Show them what learned you have.
- I will.
He went back inside. Alex was smiling for the first time in many days. He went up to the council seat and sat in the middle.
- Come at the top of the tallest tower if you dare.- Alex contacted the approaching mercenaries telepathically. He smiled like a vicious predator.

All of the available Rangers were sitting in the main briefing room waiting to get started, talking all the while. Enigma's Hand was getting slightly tired of being called Geist, but for now, it was fine.
He stared over to where Baal, Terra, and her sister were, who's name he either didn't know, or couldn't recall. Baal and Terra were building up quite a relationship, he thought as envy almost went through to his mind, but as usual, Enigma was there to scold him.
"Do not jeopardize my plans with your human thinking!" said Enigma.
"But I am human, master." replied Enigma's Hand, "Deprive me of my human needs and I will no longer be as useful and you wish me to become."
"Fine...but do not interrupt Terra and Baal's happiness. Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go to the bathroom."
"Go to the...whaa?"
Enigma's Hand walked over to where Baal, Terra, and her sister was and sat down next to Terra's sister. Not knowing what to do, he just sat there, hoping someone will talk to him.

Alex heard the approaching soldiers' footsteps. They entered the hall, and surrounded Alex. He was calm, and didn't bother to activate his blades.
- Surrender fiend, and we will promise you an easy death!
- I can promise you the same, but it would be a lie.- Alex glared at the two soldiers who were near him. An infernal scream echoed through the halls, as the two soldiers burned from inside. Alex drew out his blades and started killing. Most of the mercs fled, and Alex just managed to kill only ten of them. He then set out to slaughter the rest. The panicing mercenaries were scattered through the citadel, and Alex was forced to kill them in small groups. But much to the soldiers' misfortune, this condition was perfect for Alex. Equipped with a subterran cloaking device, he ussually appeared right in front of the soldiers, beheading them or slicing them open. Some were thrown out the windows, into the depths of the mountain range. Nothing could stop this crazed massacre. After impaling the last one, he went after their leader, who was trapped in the balcony. He wanted to jump, but Alex grabbed him with telekinesis, and teared his radio to pieces.
- Tell me, who hired you?
- M... M..m.m.. Monster!
- A monster you say. Then who are you? A monster? A human? Or perhaps a lapdog? Answer my first question! And you're free to go.
- He indroduced himself as Abraham Magerith.- his voice was shaking- payed a lot. Said to eliminate everyone. That's all I know! Please have mercy! You'll said you'll let go me!
- That's right, I did. Good riddance.- Alex hurled his victim to a sharp ledge. He was impaled through the stomach. Alex went down to the landing bay, and infiltrated their transport. He set the various explosives left in there, and used his telekinetic power to mind control the two pilots. He got out of the second transport, and went to the entrance of the citadel. The crafts took off, and flied away, only to explode after a few minutes.
Alex's thirst for vengeance was quenched. But only for a short time.

Dalsir was wondering why he had not reached the base yet. He should have been there hours ago. According to his scanners he was nowhere close to the base. Something was not right, he wasn't picking up any Federation chatter, or any signs of anybody else for that matter.
Without warning a huge planet suddenly filled his screen, and his alarms started going off. A planet can't sneak up on a ship! He had to pull up or enter the atmosphere at a pace and angle that would probably tear his ship apart.
Small fighters came from the surface of the planet and started firing on him. His scanners were going absolutely bonkers. The readings couldn't be correct. The whole planet one big machine? The area of space he is in not in any of his data banks? It made no sense.
More interestingly, his ship now knew the path, and could get him back to the base..if he wanted. It could also get him back here, which if the scanners were accurate was in a new dimension. That is...if he could manage to avoid or destroy the fighters trying to destroy him.

Terra's sister turns to Geist. "Cor, who are you? Don't recognize you. You new mate?"
Meanwhile Ben is speaking. "Ok ladies and gents, as most of you know we have a problem. Seems that we are now in some kind of war. A war with Machines that can pop in on us at any time, and by pass our shields like they don't exist. We don't even know where they come from, what they are after, or if there are organic beings involved. So here are your assignments."
Noticing the new member he doesn't skip a beat, he points to Geist (but doesn't know who he is). "Whoever you are, you and Talix will go to IDP and see if they know ANYTHING about these things."
"Jorn, I want you to contact your connections. I want to know if there is anyBODY behind this, or if it is just machines."
"Baal, you and the twins will hit up the library on Neptune. Ask your connection there to help you find any information you can about these things. Maybe they have been encountered before."
"Where the heck is Emily. I need her to fix Martica, and to reverse engineer these things looking for weaknesses."
"And for goodness sake, somebody track down all the others that are currently AWOL. Everything else goes on hold till we figure out this mess! Am I forgetting anybody? I am not myself right now, so my mind isn't what it should be."

Three days have passed since the attack. Alex grew stronger every passing day, yet he was losing what was left of his... humanity. His quick advancement in phase blade combat was very pleasing to Udirah. The duo were sitting at Udirah's chambers, and drinking tea.
- Quick progress you make. Impressed we are.
- I thought you'd be. I've been pushing myself to the limit.
- Sense a craving for vengeance in you I do. Mandalah thinks training in our temple is over for you.
- So you're saying?
- Move on you must, head back to the world you need. Find your target you must, and douse the hatred in you. Travel along I will go, for your training complete is not.
Alex smiled.
- Thank you master. We'll depart as soon as I'm packed my stuff.

- You sure have changed. And not only in the outside. Someone has really pissed you off, if you k... I mean hunt down their men like animals.

- We sure have. Turns out that 'Abraham Magerith' is actually Garet Witkinson.
- That corporate rat? I've heard that he was envolved in trading alien artifacts.
- True. As far as I heard he wanted to buy those devices that Jaina and Matt have found. But they've told him to take a hike. Not in a very polite way.
Alex smiled.
- I guess he then sent a few raiding parties?
- He sure had. But we managed to beat them, which I guess only enfuriated him more. After those artifacts were moved to Neptune, he got really pissed. Barely comes out of his office these days.
- I see. So, it's only done to earn another milion or two.
- Can you ask for help from your colleagues?
- I could, but I guess they're busy investigating the attack of our base. Besides, it's personal.
- We perfectly understand you mate.
- I need a detailed map of his main tower. And a huge mug of coffee.
- Cyber Rat will wrap up that map in an hour.
- Good.
- What you're going to do?
- Open the gates of Hell. And yet I think that the G.R. will try to stop me.
Alex wen't outside and lighed up a cigar. Crazy plans whirled in his head, yet none of them seemed good enough. Locked in thought, he watched the sunset.

Talix went up to Enigma's Hand, or Geist, as he has now fully given up to, and said, "Look here, I don't want to screw this up okay? This is some serious stuff going on. So don't you mess up! I'll see you i my ship soon."
"No" replied Geist.
"What?"
"I said no, I have my own problems to figure out. I'm sure a big shot such as yourself can handle talking to a couple IDP people. I have my own things to sort out. I'll go my own way."
Talix pulled out his gun once everybody left and said, "This isn't an option, you will go or I will make you go."
"Such foolery." thought Geist, then he said, "No, I have more important things at hand, and if you really want to shoot me, then just do it."
Talix sighed and holstered the pistol. "Fine, go, but don't expect me to cover up for you."

All of time slows down to a hault.A white ball of light shows up as it gets brighter and grows.A man with white wings with Golden Chest plate.
At the same time.The smell of brimstone fills the room.A bright flash of fire shooting from the floor.A small imp shows up out of the flames.
The man with the wings speaks up.
"Show off..All right Jorn what's the meaning of this."
Before Jorn can answer the little imp speaks up.
"Master can't be here right now.So what do you need?"
Jorn grins and smiles.
"I need information..I what to know who,what, when,where,and why?
