Whats funny is that we can find such program who reacts in a optimal way to your answers thus finding the right characters between thousands, fan made and free. While big game companies as Ubisoft or 3DO are unable to provide us an AI with more than 10 different counter actions and poorly programmed.

Almost. I was thinking of BRAD PITT and he said George Clooney.
It was kind of weird. Because one of the questions was if he had any relation to Angelina Jolie and if the character had played with Brad Pitt O.o
TRY TWO: This time he beat me and I thought it was going to be hard. I was thinking of Freya and he beat me there O.o

Last try: I was thinking of Kipshasz and Drz on scrollsoflore and instead I got some terrorist
Why not just "Forum Nemensis"?
So hes pretty good anyway.
Also I pushed the limits by searching for soem sleesy stuff and actors xD

The only true learner AI i had encountered was in Homeworld 2 The AI with each game it was better and use weakness in my repetetive strategy.... so it was suprising for me

I beg to differ, that's what intelligence must contain. Anything else is just a classic robot following pre-programmed instructions. (sure Akinator has a very simple learning ability, but at least it has one).

I am not even sure how much he learns Look at the amount of questions and the ability to vary on the reply.
2 possible answers for each of 20 questions classify already > 1,000,000 people.

Not required, but really useful. Ex: Immunity to repetitive tactics, and don't forget the larger unpredictable moves that requires ages of gameplay to figure out. I image a database on each game that is synced into 1 gigantic repos that again is with the patches upgrades the default core that each installation got(there would be 2 AI cores/databases, the default(upgraded each patch) and the "i am learning more mister" one).

Well, it is not enough to think at someone, you must also give right answers. If I think at Angelina Jolie and I answer "it is a man" there are no chances it finds her (extreme example). I did some tries and when it did not find, it were my answer which were wrong. A good program nevertheless, and fun. However it did not find Michael Jackson when I told him he is black.
