First guess was correct, Altair. Second was pretty close, was thinking Richter Belmont and it gave Simon instead. Will run a few more tests, looks great

I tried to see if he finds Gelu. After 2 unsuccessful tries, I began to choose 'no' at all the question, out of boredom. And it found Gelu!

I also tried it with mythology. I was thinking at Zeus and it picked Ares - it was very close, however.

I toyed with this half a year ago or so and it's not too hard coming up with characters he won't be able to guess.
Still, I was impressed when I first saw it and it guessed Duncan Idaho.

Ha, Ha Ha! I defeated him first try. I was looking for the name Felix Hernandez. Pitcher for the Seattle Mariners whose been nominated for the Cy Young award this year for best pitcher in the A.L.

That's the funny part, there were like, zero interesting questions, just stuff like "is she a singer", "is she linked with sports" and stuff like that.
Nothing like "are you interested in this person" or something, so I don't get how he came to that conclusion.

When it considers all of those broad questions at the same time, it can really cut down the numbers. Awesome program. I started with easy stuff, but realized I could get really obscure .

Tried again, This time Pandora brought me to my Best Friend's mother
Then I did Minsc, which he found really quickly
Then I did Rupert Boneham who is Probably the most likeable Survivor Contestant Ever - think Minsc on a deserted island  - and he got Richard Hatch - another survivor contestant - so, that's pretty close imo

He got Elijah Baley and R. Daneel Olivaw from the Steel Caves series.
Edit: but when I tried to give him R. Giskard, he first suggested Death, then R. Daneel Olivaw and then Melvin from from Hitchhikers Guide to Galaxy.
