Too bad I skipped the chessmaster part :-/

Thread is a nice read though :-)

Very nice post maretti.... and I think you cooled all the heat that was building up elegantly.

It almost as if you were playin a game on h3 ..smooth fast and decisive.

P.S the only thing I find annoying about the cuurent players is the length they take between turns.Yes there is alot of contructive argument for this and I can understand it too. Still I think people take too much time than it is really needed.

"Are you aware you could be catch be this sooner than you think?

Example:

TE adds a lot of tweaks to the game. More and more players are attracted by it, and more players will have, more it will have to listen to their wishes and modify itself."

Seems things are going in the other direction. I have talked to many people who have tried TE but prefers SOD (the most challeging version). TE cant compete with SOD atm. Out of the last 200 games played on WCL, 180 was played on SOD. To bad that the possibility of making some obvious improvements on SOD is wasted by making to many unnessesary and bad changes.

Yes, constantly working to improve or change things cross easily the red line sooner or later. That was the case with WoG, maybe TE goes in same direction. (you know better, I never tried TE)
