How is it possible to replace Wyverns 4 times?

But seriously - Now we have gorgons in wyverns place (which in Grove are spider ladies. :3).

Hi there, still new in this forum. I think the new town is great, especially cause it still in beta version. Well, I've done some searching today and I know that it is a VERY difficult job to do... but i really want to know how you guys do it..
Can anyone give me the link to edit monster statistics? or better to change the town screen... I've seen the tutorial to change the monsters and it special ability but haven't found one to edit the statistic.
I'm bad at searching. So,I really appreciate any help.
P.S I'm not that newbie at scripting, please don't worry. I wont blow my head off.  EDITED (I think Might blow my head off)

Well, I know how to do everything in town exchanging, but only problem is that belive me - It is very very very slow process and in the end you are very bored of it, so firstly I recommend you to make a small modification, just to find out if modding won't be too hard and too boring for you.

i was wondering, could you guys have a little chat with the developers of VCMI? for grove it would be cool to be in the game along with fortress, for VCMI it would be a cool feature to show what VCMI has to offer.
besides, both teams are polish if i remember correctly, so the language wont be a problem

The town looks really cool:
Btw, I just finished an XL map (Kurgadako's Apocalypse), and no errors or any bugs .
I can see, that almost all the creatures are quite weak, except the Night/Claw Druids. They did quite a lot of damage, + they could fly. I think it's the first shooting + flying creature .
New Grove Town rules.
@EDIT, aaand the Town Music is awesome.

We still don't know any possible date for release, but it doesn't mean that we aren't working on it actually.

Younger. Our leader is 10 years old, but my grandma which is working too is 90, so there are some older members.

So, I don't know where to ask this, but you guys have propably tried.
Is it possible to replace hero's portrait by 24-bit bmp instead of 256 color bmp?
If I will change my 24-bit pic to 265 colors, the picture will look BAD..

You can't import a 24 bits pictures, it will be automated switched to indexed colors by the game. As the game use its own 10 years old palette, it is better that you change the pic yourself. Using Photoshop and the right palette when indexing an image does not change much. A few pixels here and there, not noticeable.
