ICTC5 IS GO!
Please remember to use 'stealth edit' when editing your towns. We have no official 'end' date (Yet) as we are waiting to see what the judges say, but all I can say is GO GO GO. ICTC 5 is now OFFICIAL.

I already have two ideas for town, one even in progress, I reserve them 
The Slavinia - town inspired by the ancient slavic myths, once I started it with Balkava at the Altar.
The Pub - Town of the Barbarians (HC style), aka the real barbarians, not some sissies like Stranghold! Beer, sexsism, bad words, beer, no shaving, bad words, beer, beer, beer! Yep, it's a fun town.
Everyone can join me

Now that's what I'm talking about!
Here is the faction I desire to make.
Ruins-A society of Naga and the people that depend on them. Now I know what you're thinking, that this has been done every contest, but I promise you this Naga faction is going to be very, very different from typical video game Naga.
Also my GF is having computer troubles at the moment but when she is back online she will do a faction made up of bandits and other rejects. I reserve them in her name.
As a side note I never knew you could reserve names and ideas in this contest until I saw the post above me.

Interesting.
Go for the Slavic faction Vok 
I never did finish that vampire faction but finishing it now would pretty much be cheating, so I was thinking of a town based on a dangerous global cult, maybe something like the Cthulhu mythos? Can't remember if anyone did that before... if they did, it'd be great if someone could remind me or something.
Of course all of this goes only if I manage to find the time.

...yet probably with some allready begun faction, perhaps from the finding harmony contest again^^
EDIT: BTW, do I have to stick with the H5 tier system? Or can I do more or less tiers, alternative untis, etc.?

Yep, you can change it however you like. 5 creatures with 20 alternates each if you really want. Knock yourself out.

I don't think I'll participate this year, but I look forward to the entries nontheless.
Hopefully this edition will be better than the last one. (except for a couple of exceptions *cough* Sanctum *cough*)

Yes I want you to know that it was you that inspired me to make a Naga faction this year, for it's because of your Temple faction from last year that I feel the need to avenge Naga kind (Just kidding)

Ohh, I would love to compete soooooooooo much... but I still can't foresee if I'll be able to create a fraction due to universi(ty)al "problem"... I have two ideas since a year: a dark-human based neutral mish-mash, but because that would be a bit too hard to make, I think I would stay by an AZTEC themed town... Found some great pics already! Hope I can create something...really!

I got dibs on my Female Medieval Russian-like Valkyrie faction. I actually already completed most of it a few months back when I had a lot of free time and needed something to do. Now I'll have to finish it up when free time permits.
