Speaking of Amazons, it would be nice If anyone of you could extract the Diablo 2 Amazon. She will fit perfectly as a heroes 3 creature.

@T2: Sometimes the animation looks screwed, no matter how many times you reload. Reset 3DS and reload the model and try again that animation. If it stills look bad, then replace the kf file with the original (always keep a backup folder near).
To check if original animation is screwed, reload the nif (untextured) and import the animation several times. If always bad, then the original is not good, change model, but so far I found only very few bad done.
Sometimes even textures will look suddenly bad on certain animations. Same procedure.
@Hero_of_Light: it takes 3-6 hours to "extract" a model. A rider can take whole day. Get the tools and start doing it if you like wet women so much

As Itsjustme and I are making same selections, we wondered which horse sizes are better in battle, compared to infantry and champion:
I think mines are too small, but his turc is too big too. Opinions?
(Itsjustme riders =the roman red, the turc and the second red roman at bottom)

The size of itjustme cavalry is better than yours, yours cavalry is too small, but the size of your pedestrian soldiers is perfect

IMO we should keep the ratio as Champion has.
Units in rectangle should be bigger but unit in ellipse should be a little bit smaller.
Elephant should be bigger.
