So basically we can't even use neutrals unless we have some summoning spells ?

I guess, but you cant really have them for the long run that way, no chances of replanishing that way, no dwellings isn't cool news.

Never said it was, it sucks.
A skilled map maker with some scripting could probably make a renewable source of neutrals.

The issue has been brought up, it is possible that we will get them in the future. I should hope so anyway  Btw updated the faction overview, only pics missing.

I really hope so. One of my favorite aspects of Homm4 are the numerous & valuable neutrals that can be added to your army.
The neutrals in H6, are they comparable to a Core or Elite unit?

Elite besides the phoenix which is champion. It was in one of the recent interviews I think.

In the latest Q/A a comment was made that future factions were undecided and then I read about the efforts at getting "global opinion" because of our very different expectations.
@Elvin
Now I'm wondering if the Devs. might put the "added factions" to the entire community vote? Any thoughts? I'm just thinking about what I've read concerning very strong feelings (pro & con) here at HC about certain factions

global opinion means "we care about what you the fans think". it is meant to make u feel better, saying and doing are 2 different things, u asking if there will be a global voting on the faction is the most naive question i've heard in a while.... 
to your question the official answer would be - "we're exploring all options and are listening to the fans worldwide, everything is possible" translation - HELL NOOOOO THERE WONT BE NO VOTING !!!  and feel free to quote me on that

When you get defeated on the battlefield, can you recruit your same Hero with his level intact in your Castle(s)?

Defeat ! what does it mean defeat ? im unfamiliar with the concept  LOL
If you retreat you can recruit your hero, if you die you're dead and maybe in one of your future lives (after who knows how many weeks) the reincarnation of your hero might appear again but not necessary in your castle.
dying and having the same hero over and over again makes no sense and would kill the strategy of the game... bad manticore

Defeat: Hero + Army gone.
Flee: Hero remains intact, army is gone.
Surrender: Pay large wad of cash, Hero remains intact with what remains of the army at your time of surrender, is available again for re-hiring.

How do you know that for sure ? There has been a talk after one of the Q&A (I think it was Black Hole's Q&A by Vologya Mester) about a resurrection building
There found it :

Also Erwann himself talked often about hero resurrection in one of the interview (think it was Gameswelt's one).

That is interesting, to be honest, it does make sense because if you lose a high level hero, often you've already lost the game if you have to start over with a level 1 hero or rely on your backup hero who is often 10 levels behind your main or more.
So what I said was the old model, but hero rezzing might put a stop to that.

It has been a while but it makes me curious.
First thing first this picture:
is a picture of Might Skill tree. The question is:
1. Did all factions get the same Warcries? I mean if you looked at the picture the 2nd tier the middle Icon looks like a Haven specific Icon. Is that means that Warcries tree for Haven Might Hero and Stronghold Might Hero will be slightly different?
2. The same question in respect of Magic Tree.

Not entirely sure. We know that there are unique spells/abilities for each faction - at least in advanced classes - but whether that is also the case with the skill screen we'd have to see the latest build of the game. Which is to say the beta.
