Or you could just download Van Helsing's crosbow and mow down enemies with a fully automatic WMD.
Also I'm not sure if it's requiem or something, but as soon as I die it insta goes to a loading screen, quite funny when I'm trying to take out a bandit fort as a rogue, since one arrow anywhere but the hands and feet instantly kill me. So my guy makes the grunt noise and bam, loading screen.

Ha! Got an enhanced dwarven one, shame I couldn't smith it myself though. It's kinda wimpy though, any way to make it equivalent to a glass bow at least? Currently it does as much dmg as an elven bow, and those are sooo snow...
EDIT: Dafuq? Tried poisoning my puny crossbow, works for the first hit then poison expires? Excuuse me, I have the alchemy perk unlocked that's supposed to make poisons last longer? Someone pls tell me what's up?

When so much useless stuff around, I'm lost. What am I supposed to do with all those forks, plates and other apples?  Also, an open world with random quests is a boring world. Dragon Age and Neverwinter Nights ftw.

The thing is that you can parameter any of those. Autoharvest mod will pick up for you everything you need, wherever you explore, and will ignore what you said to.
I mean, there are 30000 mods out. You can fly, you can use jedi sabers, you can transform in a dragon, you can set on auto harvest, mining and use of potions, you can mod your sprint speed, you carry weight, you can cast a spell undressing all girls in sight, all in all you can play it exactly the way you would like, they let you modify EVERY aspect.
That's what I call a great game: give a great creation kit so I can change the game play to suit my tastes. of course, the base game must be already gorgeous, and both Skyrim and oblivion have gorgeous graphics. (yet I am not big specialist on the matter, last 10 years I played about 4-5 games in all)
Now, the strategy side, there is none. Just a gorgeous game, to take a nap on from time to time.

@Joonas: maxed alchemy skill+perks, dunno what's wrong.
Need halp with greenhouse. I built it, but now I can't find it. How do I get my fertile soil fix? EDIT: Found it! MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA 
Also, turns out it's not the dwarven one yet, only vanilla enhanced... gr8, it'll get better! doing 85-ish dmg with skill of 35 and 2 perks unlocked.

But Sal those are just tweaks, real mods are those that add, thousands of great armours, voiced stories, you can be anything and do anything, and if you can't then create it, it's why I love it.
Though I do spend 90% of my time modding now, play the game for like 5 min, then I update the visuals, better enb, better companion, then my mood changes and I want something different. The other day I tweaked archery since I was pissed off with missing so much due to my arrow disappearing after 20meters.

Absolutely, I also use mods adding treasures, armors, new locations, new ENB graphics, new quests. I only wanted to emphasize that every aspect is changeable, and that what interest me primarily (before gathering new data) is tweaking redundant actions.
Once I know I don't have to stop for picking every plants, for looting every beast, that I can jump enough to be able to take some of those ridiculous mountains and not spend half hour to circle the easiest ones, that my *ini is cleaned of the 6 introductions screens, that mining does not takes 2 minutes every time, then I finally install all the precious content and I enjoy playing.

Ayleids walls raising out of nowhere, either pushing you into roofspikes or entrapping you in a chamber that fills with gas.
Yeah there were som fun ones. Not very deadly though.
I remember actually learning the feeling of those floor traps and jumping by reflex as soon as they moved under my feet

 I haven't gotten to that point yet, but I'm breaking the siege of Kvatch and there were a couple of times where the MASSIVE wall of spikes rose out of the ground and only missed me because I was picking Bloodgrass near the edge or something. The Ayleid gas chamber was fun too.

Slew my first dragon... at lvl 57, having to reload every time it so much as sneezed at me. Dafuq? How am I supposed to defeat it? My poisons are resisted, my crossbow does not seem to even tickle it...
That's it, it's no fun anymore. Snow this game.

To be honest I had the same problems.
But I'm also the guy that plays using steel equipment with no enchantments and no potions...
Now that I'm more skilled I fight dragons in full plate knightly armour and elegant swords, I get killed anyway but you gotta love using mods.
