My impression is Vampiric Grasp is just a stronger version of Vampiric Embrace. Not sure though.

my guess for vampiric grasp is that vampires not only heal themselves by attacking a certain unit, but also benefit from any blessings that are cast on it...hence "the angels healed her everywhere" and the battle went on for another 40 verses...not 100% sure though, these cryptic descriptions are kind of annoying <_<

Vampiric Grasp could be Vampiric Embrace but with a cursing attack too....

i hope you're right with the vampiric embrace having the cursing attack. that would kick ass. i just can't wait for ubi to finally release something so we can know what those abilities are for sure.

I am wondering if the Tormentor is a shooter with the bones/spikes....probably not as it will work with stacks next to the tormentor....

sounds like he is a walking shrapnell bomb.
but from what I see so far, looks like inferno has no flying unit, no shooters, and maybe one caster (pit lord) if that's 7 walking melee units, I'm not sure how it is going to be balanced.
note : no attack all around for the demented??

No . Inferno has a shooter , the Breeder/ Mother Breeder can throw imps in their enemies  . It seems that every faction has only one rangeattacking creature now - Crossbowmen , Liches , Breeders , Centaurs and , probably those medusa-like maidens . But some factions have more support units ( casters ) than other ones because of their particulary playing style .

We don't know if those Imps will be thrown by the Breeder so can't be sure about this, looks like they help with mana somehow and not shooting. Succubus now has wings, so could be a flyer.
Also, Necro has two shooters: Skeletons and Liches.
Barbarian has two shooters: Goblins (boomerang) and Centaurs.

You mean similar to the priests from H5...yeah, I can go with that, although they are also core units and to have two shooters in the core units (with marksmen) seems unlikely. Maybe the glories are shooters....in their artwork they are holding light balls...maybe they can throw them!

Am I the only person to think that Vampire's not attacking by biting but with swords is not logical? I mean they need the blood to "live" and how do they get that blood from their swords? What makes a vampire sexy after that white face, is that they bite  But Heroes Vampires don't bite 
They can still attack with their sword to the undead, mechanical and elemental units but with an additional power as they won't be able to drain their life?

But Cyclops do EAT goblins in TOE! Actually holding and taking to its mouth and ripping their heads! And when they throw them you see the goblin go to pieces when it crashes to the target stack

The cyclops just throw the goblins, they don't bite their heads off and then throw them....but it would be funny if battle scenes were made really hectic, like the axe of the thanes when it comes crashing down, it splits the enemy in half and blood comes spurting out! lol

No I mean as seperate abilities. When you say "eat goblins" it eats their head of. When you say" throw goblins" the other thing i said happens. And it is very nice I love violence I think yeah
