Sorry for not responding sooner, was AFK because I was playing HoMM III lol.
I won't be able to tonight, unfortunately, but I can tomorrow evening EST and most of the day Sunday, just let me know when you're available.
I am running on EST, so don't know how bad our timezone issues will be, but we can work something out.

well ... i am GMT +2 so we have 6 hour difference. i guess that today (Saturday) we can play at something like 16:00 my clock (10:00 yours)
or maybe much later at 21:30 my clock (15:30 yours).
anyway, i suggest we connect on Hamachi and MSN when we r available and try to catch each other beside those 2 hours i mentioned.

Yesterday Nate J and I unleashed our Dark powers in two epic duels.
Locksley's Inferno vs. Nate's Sylvan: 0-1
This was an unusual and exciting duel that lasted for mor than an hour. Instead of the traditional charge approach both of us chose dark, defence and attack (luck did'nt show up for me ). Nate's luck was nice but my mass spells reduced damage, and sorcery and unlimited mana gave me control over the situation.
The Crystal Dragons soon got entangled by the Treants and remained so for most of the battle, which allowed me to defeat the rest of his armies. But as soon (very late) as there were too few targets to frenzy and the treants released the dragons it was Nate's time to play. My puppet master was weak and the treants had vampiric tendencies. Finally high initiative and luck allowed the dragons to end the game in his favour.
Watch it!
Locksley's Haven vs. Nate's Stronghold: 1-0
My dark but enlightened and empathic knight defeated Nate's orcs despite his Shatter. Defence and rage didn't reduce damage enough, I had good luck and the witch doctors attracted two frenzies.

Awesome games, especially the first. I believe inferno could have won the first one but sylvan with dark is overwhelming more often than not.

I know that Locksley lost but I think it's clear that if he DIDN'T have Consume Corpse he wouldn't have much of a chance.

There won't be a next one but since the deadline was yesterday evening might as well put you in Mysty, you're in group 1! It's a safe bet that Tann and LordGodric are out due to lack of interest or hamachi problems. On hamachi you join the following:

I have to ask something about the "Cleansing" spell. But I remember on the rules page saying "don't resurrect the dead treads" so I can't post this question on the "spell discussion" tread.
I did not understand the calculation told about this spell which is "Total dispel chance = base% + (Dispeller_Level - Original_Caster_Level) * 3%"
The reason I ask this is I was shocked during my game today with some friend. I want someone who know the calculation to tell me the possiblity of these 2 cases happenings:
1- I had an 19 level hero with 12 SP, expert in dark magic. I have casted on my opponent's Paladin both Decay and Puppet Master. My 19 Level opponent hero who had 3 (three) SP expert in light casted cleansing and the spell has cleansed both decay and puppet master in the same time.
2- Again with my same hero above I casted "Frenzy" on Arch Angel, and my opponent's 20 Zealots casted Cleansing on it and the spell was dispelled.
The reason I say that I couldn't understand the calculation is this: if we take the second case: total dispel cance= 40%+ (6-12) *%3= 34% * %3 = 102% ???
Can someone please enlighten me?

Frenzy is immune to cleansing, it cannot have been dispelled.
In first case chance is 100% + (19-19)x3% = 100%
In the case of a unit it's significancly lower. Zealots have 80% chance which means: 80% + (7-19)x3% = 44%
Zealots get +1 to their level since they are upgraded, therefore 7. It's a lot easier dispelling a spell cast by a unit like a matriarch's slow than a hero's slow.

That is not possible, something else must have happened in the meantime. Tried and tested. And it's not really offtopic since it's good for the duelists to know but if you have questions you can always post them in the questions FAQ.

Sorry guys for not responding. Been away last few days. If anyone wanna play, I am free right now, and next couple of hours too.
About game vs. Bliz
First one was disaster. destructive Worlock with 11SP cant do nothing, but melee focused one with 17 attack may have a chance. To bad I went for first one
Second was closer than I expected. His hero was casting like mad, but lack of magic resistance for him was crucial.
Thanks for fun game. As always.

Just finished my second game with Pera. I was Academy, he was Inferno. I had a really strong word of light and mass endurance, but his mass buffs coupled with his massive attack were just too much for me.

So in conclusion: Perathekojot: 2, WitchHunter: 0
I'm probably not going to be available tonight, but i'm free Tomorrow afternoon if you want to duel Swamplord.

I guess only Lords remains to fight now. So, masters of swamp and pit, let me know when you will be available to play. I'll be around next couple of evenings, at approximately this time.
About last game, not much to say. Light, enlightened demon, is pain for any faction, let alone defenseless academy. WitchHunter really got unlucky with this particular game. Better luck next time, mate.
