A Seer, similar to a prophet, has visions. But unlike a prophet, a seer can make clearer and more pointed visions, can see visions, f.e., for a certain person. Also, a seer can have visions of past & present as well as of Future and, most important, a seer does not necessarily possess magical powers.

now for a more general question about the ACs...I think it should at least be considered that Advanced classes, like  Basic Classes in H5 had sometimes, should have unique sub-skills. This would open a wide variation of special abilities and features for the Classes.
What o you say, shall this be in? And with how many?
