BTW comments to things I've seen on the way:
Hungarest, you said "1 Magic School(Destructive)" for sage...there is no destructive magic school. You can see our magic schools on the first page and it was also decided the spells should not be grouped by effect iIrc
and Minnakht, you said "Depends. If the creatures are intelligent, though, then Diplomacy fits more than Leadership.

...but I bet they aren't, being elementals mostly, so Leadership."...I think elementals could very well be imagined intelligent. but it's only a question of taste, probably

any wishes for with what we shall go on, btw? you can allways send me wishes and suggestions!

So, We'll start by haven. Sometimes I will determine obvious abilities (Archer=shooter, f.e.)

First, we'll do the creatures we have now, and give each of them 2 abilities to begin with, unless we'd all agree 2 are allready to mcuh for that creature.

Remember there is an ability list here in the altar, of self-invented abilities. You can find it via the table of content. just for the moments when you may freely choose an ability.

Now for the haven units.
First: THe Maceman

Which of these shall be Maceman ability?

Armored (This creature is resistant to all spells and effects that decrease Defense.)
OR
Assault (This creature has a chance to deliver another blow after the first one.)
OR
Bash (At every attack creature has a chance to stun the enemy so they won't be able to retaliate and lose initiative (mechanical creatures are not affected)
OR
Crippling Wound (In a successful attack, this creature has an additional chance of decreasing the target's Speed (-50%) and Initiative (-30%))
OR
Fierce Retaliation (This creature deals double damage when retaliating)
OR
Large Shield (Creature receives only 50% of damage from all non-magical shooting attacks)
OR
Shield Wall (Damage suffered by this creature from enemy attack is reduced by 10% for every hex the attacker walked to hit)
OR
Heavy Strike (Attacks of this units can ignore a bit of the enemy defense, though not much)

Abyssal Destroyer- Black Hole: Once per combat, it can damage every opponent, always killing at least one creature in every stack. Deals  30% of its normal damage, and pulls its victims towards the center of the battlefield(3 tiles)

EDIT:Sorry, didn't realize we weren't supposed to come up with them on our own!

Now, you can choose freely one ability for maceman. Iwhich ability ever you may wish - unless it's ridiculous, as usual...

Proceeding to Bowman. Shooting is obviously obligatory.

and which of these?

Rain of Arrows (Can once per battle target one hex tile. This tile and all surrounding tiles are hit. Any stack hit gets 50% of normal bowman damage)
OR
Rain of Arrows (Can three times per battle target one hex tile. This tile and all surrounding tiles are hit. Any stack hit gets 50% of normal bowman damage)

Defending Shot (When an enemy melee-attacks a bowmen stack from more than a certain number of hexes away, the bowmen Fire a normal ranged attack at him, instead of the retaliation - if they still have their retaliation, of course)
OR
Maneuver (When an enemy melee-attacks the bowmen, and it's possible, they move away to a free position. If they still have their retaliation left, they shoot from there)

I take that your vote is None and I accept it since it also has "shooter" allready.

For the Griffin. Flyer is obvious.

What else shall it have?

Unlimited Retaliation
OR
Additional Retaliation
OR
Fierce Retaliation
OR
Battle Dive (similar to H5. Vansihes in teh air for one round, will attack target square than and land near)
OR
Rescue (Similar to battle dive, but instead of attacking a tile, any friendly unit melee attacked when the gryffin is in the air will be rescued, placed a bit away from the enemy and the enemy runs into nothing)

Free griffin ability? Well, some kind of ferocity...

The H5 orc hero had some ability like that, which made units gain an attack boost when an enemy stack is killed. Can't remember what is was named, but it'd be fitting.

Say, does this free ability have to be one that appeared in a previous game?
...also, I've got a faction idea of my own, but I'm not sure if I should publish it in H5 or H6 format. help me decide please

Going on to Cleric. Caster is definitive.

No, not Enraged... Rather, something like Garuna's Blood Drinker hero ability, but applied only to the Griffins and based on the enemy stack's size rather than hero levels.

...eh, I guess Enraged could work too, if I have to choose from existing abilities.

Further Cleric abilties? A stunning blow could work.
