1. Are you fine with Kobold (unupgraded) only having the "Destroy Mana" ability (kobolds destroy some mana from enemy hero at the beginning of their turn)?
Yes or No

2. which of these shall be Giant Worm Ability

Underground Approach (This unit can, if you wish, not begin the battle with your units, but appear on ANY pre-chosen tile of the battlefield (without an obstacle, wall, etc.), some turns later. Any creature standing on that Tile will be damaged and pushed away. The appearing costs the worms their turn...)
OR
Underground attack (Activated ability, once per battle. Similar to battle Dive, but the worm disappears in the ground instead of the air, and will push enemy unit from their position)
OR
Choke (Teh Worm can wind around large enemies, preventing them form acting, and dealing them damage every turn, until' they manage to struggle it off . chance for that is 50% at first next turn of choked enemy, then increasing)
OR
Spit Earth (Activated ability. Once per battle, the Earth worm can spit out the Eaerth he has stored from Digging as a special Attack. This attack will deal damage and take the enemy's next turn [he's buried under earth])

4. Dwarven Priest Casting is obvious

Mana Channel (If hero has no Mana left, but the Dwarven priest has, the Priest can use this abiltiy to give all it's mana to the hero)
OR
Mana Channel (If Dwarven Priest has no Mana left, but the Hero has, the Priest can use this abiltiy to refresh all it's mana from the hero's pool)
OR
Mana Channel (If they are out of Mana, the Priests can cast spells with the hero mana)
OR
War Blessing (Activated ability. Once per week, on the Adventure map, the Priests can use this ability to enhance all units' stats (probably Defense, morale or such, maybe maxHP a bit) for the next battle)

5. Gog/Imp ability?
Shooter is definite

Fireball (the ranged attack's damage is fire damage, not physical.)
OR
Shadow Bolt (the ranged attack's damage is Dark damage, not physical. And has a chance.)
OR
Cursing Bolt (the ranged attack of the Gog/Imp will inflict a curse upon the enemy)
OR
No Melee Penalty

6. A name for the flying warrior demon?

7. Which of these shall be Infernal trogolodyte ability (Immune to Blind definitely in)

Perverted (Originally, Troglodytes are not demons, they've just been perverted. So, for most aspects they are demonic, but not entirely)
OR
A better idea by you^^

I think some advanced hero classes should exclude each other. How should that be done, in general?

Illogical ACs exclude each other
OR
ACs sharing 2 prerequesite skills exclude each other (to prevent getting ACs too fast)
OR
Overpowered combinations are not possible
OR
Illogical ACs and ACs sharing 2 prerequesite skills exclude each other
OR
Illogical ACs exclude each other and Overpowered Combinatiosn are not possible
OR
ACs sharing 2 prerequesite skills exclude each other and Overpowered Combinations are not allowed

Which of these abilities shall Incubus have?

Icon of Sin (the Incubus is the symbol of sinnery. With a stack of incubi present, all friendly evil creatures gain +1 morale)
OR
Kiss of the Incubus (Once per battle, the Incubus can target an enemy stack that's not too strong. You gain control of that stack for 3 turns)

I know. And a male perosn cannot kiss? Actually, Incubus and succubus are also considered jsut male and female form of the same, asexual demon. (that's why I , btw. don't liek us having succubi and incubi both, but it was decided^^) A demon doesn't cares if it seduces as a male or female person...

SHall it ahve another ability? (which)

Probably not. This ability is good enough. The incubus sounds like a low-tier creature anyway...

Snakish, snakish...

How about we make the Incubus a weak shooter as well?

Snakish could have that "Constrict" ability you wanted to give to giant worms - stops an enemy unit from moving and deals damage. For the time the ability is being used, both creatures occupy the same spot - shooting one hurts both. The enemy can eventually break free.
