Sanctuary building requiring a shipyard?

...I realize now, a mangroves variation would fit in here, as well^^ ok...anyaway, it was decided.

Sea Serpent Nest (All Ships built in this town are pulled by sea serpents, giving them a bonus on movement on water)

Lighthouse (Increases the movement of all of your ships in a certain range)

Sea Serpent building(you can take nest if you like, but don't confuse this with your one )
- This building allows sea serpents to join all your naval combats that are being fought nearby the town.

ok so taht's settled

now for Dungeon...

Smuggler Port/Black Market (Decreases the Trade Rate for other players...they need to pay ressources as if they had one market less)
OR
Shadow Sail Maker (Enemies won't see ships built in this town unless they are very close.)
OR
a better idea by you

Before we come to Necropolis...there has a question not been answered:

Which shall be the racial-supporting building of Rampart

Nature's Ground/Circle (Increases the effectiveness of "Soul of the Land" and "Beast Tamer" of all your heroes by 5/10%)
OR
Nature's Ground/Circle (Increases the effectiveness of "Soul of the Land" of all your heroes by 10%)
OR
Beast Glade/better name (Increases the effectiveness of "Beast Tamer" of all your heroes by 10%)
OR
Mother Tree (A Warden can meditate here to increase the effect of his racial for 7 days)

Now for the necropolis building requiring a shipyard...am not that inspirated concerning this...

Dead Man's Plank (From any battle fought on the seas, the fallen living units increases the growth of this town's core units a bit)
OR
Dead Man's plank (You can recruit ghosts here. However, their growth is not weekly, but with every battle fought on water. The number of growth is determined by how many living units died in it.)
OR
Dead Man's Plank (Allows you to recruit Ghosts here, with a small weekly growth rate)
OR
a better idea by you

Now, I realized we got to return once more to the general town buildings...thinking about the not-yet-decided growth building/s - since they are no longer coupled with the fortifications

now...first...how many buildings enhancing the creature growth of all creatures shall it give (available for all factions)

so, back to special buildings...we shoudl also, imo, keep in mind, how many special buildings, besides thso eof which everyone has one, a faction has:

Abyss: 1 (Wall of Damnation)
Dungeon: 2 (Black Market&Shrine of Ulterior Knowledge)
Fortress: 0
Haven: 1 (Trade Port)
Keep: 1 (Library of Knowledge)
Necro: 2 (Dead Man's Plank & EXP-giver)
Rampart: 1 (mangroves)
Sanctuary: 2 (Sea Serpent Nest & EXP-giver)
Stronghold: 1 (Combat Arena)

correct me, if at some point I do not see all^^

Now, what shall the name of the Necro EXP-giving building be?

Forbidden Library/Grave/Crypt

Chamber/Crypt of Secrets
OR
