Most common usage is something being rejected (including rejected from soeciety (aka exiled/banished) or opposed to something.
"It was Anathema to him" it's something he cannot or does not want to accept.
Typically carries a lot of weight, it is not a word that used lightly.
The original greek word literally means "something dedicated to evil" so it's no wonder it's so weighty.
Regardless, it seems a bad fit for Light Magic, more like a big nasty top-tier dark magic spell.
So my suggestion would be:
11. Anathema (Reverses all blessings on the target into their curse counter parts (I.E. bless -> curse, stoneskin -> vulnerability etc) high mana cost, high tier spell, single target, no mass version.)
If we're sticking with it though, I'll make mine:

@dark lord and PEter Farkas...sorry, but as in any Cascade: only one answer per post^^
@peter Farkas: Rejuvenation is clearly a healing/dispelling spell, which I do not count as healing here, sorry. I'll take flood instead...I suppose it's AE?
