You propably can forget about most of the early presidents due to the simple fact that they lack the necessary technology to fend off the zombie hordes such as a firearm that fires bullets in the direction in which the pipe is pointed at the time of firing.

Bill Clinton. He'd unearth the Washington Monument and wield it as a giant, lethal phallic symbol of death. Failing that, he'd educate the zombies on the virtues of veganism and they would repent from their cannibalistic ways and become soybean farmers.

I was thinking about Washington myself. He was a one man army war hero who used what technology was given.
Can you imagine what he could do with mass destruction weapons.
