For the VW people (OOC)
I've decided to make an RP, just for you! This is a light, upbeat RP of people who know that they are in an RPG of some kind and know that they have to do something but unfortunately never received a script... Neither did the villains... Or the author.
In other words, things are getting a bit hecktic around here, Dragons do what dragons do (cook BBQ elf over the Bahbie (they're Australian)), Wizards sort of make up spells because they can (the married ones use it to do their chores and to make that last minute birthday present) and goblins apparently are superb knitters (as evidenced by the handmade sweaters they are all wearing). Sad thing is, they all need to be in their places and ready to be slain by the game's release date, otherwise we might end up with something like the H6 BETA V 1.0, and I think I can speak for everyone when I say nobody wants that.
To that end, the game's sometimes forgetful and autistic author, who is rather underpaid, has created a batch of NPC heroes (you guys) whom were hastily scripted into the lore to restore order and get the game ready. Unfortunately, he forgot to set a level cap for you, and also fell asleep before he could give you your instructions...
So you really do have a rather large job ahead of you.
Character bios, names and equipment/ descriptions can be anything you want them to be. Just remember, the game isn't released yet so the amount of bugs there are going to be is all of them.
God
Bio: Created by the author, and given the author's flawless personality and dashing good looks (arrogant b****** hasn't looked in the mirror or been to a social gathering for years...), God is the only one who knows what the plan is. Unfortunately, his programming includes an aloofness personality bug that is overriding his ability to help, and when his help is solicited it is always in the form of an annoying @** poem. God damn quirky personalities...
Equipment: None. In fact, if the game didn't require a "T" rating, he wouldn't even be clothed. He's fricking God, why would he need anything?
Powers: Can destroy errant bits of programming with a thought (though they just respawn anyway...), create whatever he wishes (but due to a glitch it won't be half there...) if he can be bothered to do so. Cannot be killed.
Darklord
Bio: Created by the author's disgruntled assistant, the Darklord is actually not your stereotypical game villain. He's actually a rather nice guy (one might say a better person than God) and he can give you a rather good reason for doing what he does to this poor land. Makes you almost sad to kill him... Since the game's creation, he has been trying to get everything in order and after that failed he tried to get God to help. Some Game Time (GT) days and twelve respawns latter, he stopped pestering God. So he's sat around for the last hundred Game Years waiting for the game creators to fix this mess, smiting hackers, G-modders and Noobs evenly when they come to challenge him in the BETA in the mean time. With the creation of the Heroes, he hopes that he might finally stand a chance...
Equipment: Darklord's royal armor (tm), Dword of Despair (Typo was noted, never fixed), a cubic **** ton of other stuff that I'm not going to list out here...
Powers: Cubic **** tons run in this guy's veins, He has that many death spells. Of course, like anything else in this damn game, whatever he kills will just bloody respawn...
Rules of the world
There really aren't any. Compared to most RPs, this is very loose and open. The only rules that must be absolutely followed are:
1) Things cannot permanently die, so get used to it.
2) There are bugs. Certain spells/ abilities will be woefully underpowered (but cool-looking) while others will be insanely ovberbuffed. Unless your character somehow can fix the game's balancing mechanics, I'd suggest you get used to it.
3) No direct reprogramming of the game. This includes balancing...
4) I know that they're strings of programs, but they have feelings too. You can still piss the NPCs off, enough so that they might just decide to kill you in painful and creative ways. Of course, that only triggers an immediate respawn, but it is oh so gratifying... This is more of a guideline.
5) You will die. Repeatedly. Since this game is obviously a Dark Souls clone, you better get used to it.
6) Since the game is rated T, there will be nothing beneath your clothing besides a shapeless skin-colored blob. there will also be no actual... sexual content. Therefore, romances you encounter will be limited to "Puppy love" (feel free to kill anyone demonstrating this in public). Beneath clothing, there is no restriction on physical appearance/ anatomical size... oh, I'm going to regret that...
7) I will decide if your godawesome death spell/ doom blade/ epic finisher move actually does the damage it is supposed to. Here's a hint, you can't kill God...
8) You don't have to be cooperative, but please try to be. I actually do have an end objective for this RP that I would like to work to.
Other than that, no holds are barred. Spam as you wish, for the noobs shall try to spam you first. Swear as you wish, just reserve your character's one F-bomb for a situation that warrants it. Blow ***** up, cause you know that you've always wanted to see the world burn. And most of all, have fun.

When I saw the title, I thought it was time for another HC RP, but this works too. It looks fun and allows as much freedom of action as I like.
Bottom line - I'm in. (which basically means that even if this RP gets of the ground it's doomed anyway, because no RP I've joined since M.E.G.A. survived for too long).

I don't think that the author would make a program to kill the main program, but OK... 
Build character bios and all and recruit your favorite spammers to add to our little community! I expect Tsar will be interested and maybe Duke...
It will probably be called "Teh Wastelands" or something like that for the IC.
