I would say the cruel thing is to not be able to win with near 500 000 skeletons(thats the amount I made till month 10 week 3) mainly because of fire shield.
For second time I didnt take the evil elemental quest.
As with MoW before,with MoS now the demons did their work in defating Pyre.

Yes, there are possible shortcuts to take with necromancy, both Tew3 and Tew4. I put a check on main hero to remove necromancy if get, but intentionally not on secondary heros, therefore one may use Quintus or others in Tew3 to play with skeletons (I did it once). In Tew4 this can be done except the last battle (use dispel to remove fire shield in other battles). One of Tew3 testing versions even had the cloak of undead king to find as quest, but turned out in a complete unbalanced and buggy game, removed after test.
Note that both skeletons and vampires are considered AI creatures, thus they benefit from the special growth script, which means you could get vampires with 200 HP after 8-9 months. Still no match for human creatures and their special dialog possible bonuses.

This map is the best maps in all homm series but i have do questions.
what is the best faction ability, i'm a noob.
And second question is how do i train army stacks and get special abilities??

The best faction ability is the Hell Barons petrifying(according to those who tried it).
And the abilities come from the menu opened when you click the town icon,the button about training your army for a mithril price.
Sure you have to train your creatures by the button in hero screen.

Thank you i got my barons pumped but i seem do have 1 problem with abilities i gave my barons clone and implosion ability but they ain't working! please help.

Weird, I try using the Second Skill Scoll to scroll into page 2 and still can't study skills via Witch Huts and University... Because IIRC that should do the trick. I hope that it works like the Master of Elements Nodes like in TEW3 or ToP where you just walk in and get the skills, much more convenient and less buggy, well though I understand that it kinda ruins the purpose of having only 16 secondary skills.

Disable sec skills scrolling mod, then use the old market of time in home area, it will work.
Donald, they need experience ranks to trigger the abilities. Check their abilities dialog.

I am playing MoD, in Months 12. Stuck at Shiva, I find the enemy suddenly become stronger, much more troops for Shiva compared to Ash, the enemy before Shiva. Could someone advise  me how to defeat Shiva with my current status like 1500HB... Or shall I have to come back fight him later, though I didn't find any other raod...

Shiva is one of the easiest enemy in the game, as she does not have any special abilities. That is, if you use TACTICS, not just raw power of your army  . 8 months is slow, especially with the easiest faction.
Forgetfulness, block the gate with efreet, defend from the bird. It's all you need.

Defeat Serena, why their creatures only stay in the stable? Or what is the condition that AI they won't come out and fight?

Normally when the eye of magi is on the last location, hero curse is removed, scouting area returns to normal. Upload save please if problem.
