However, as I am desensitivized for this type of things, the only thing I care about is what were the motives?
This type of things are so common, they really are mainstream now. It just shows that the current highschool-middle school system is producing psycopaths everyyear, or at least brings the inner psycopath of some children-teenies to shine.
I am not surprised.

But Seraphim, dude is 24 and he went and killed 8 yo kids, its not like a schoolkid wanted to kill his classmates coz he was bullied or smth messed up like that, this is a grown ass dude going at little dudes ...

I wonder how long it'll take for the pearl clutchers to (ab)use this opportunity to self-righteously pontificate on how the world should behave according to their own moralistic (and Utopean) beliefs. In this case, pontificate about the danger of guns and how they should (or should not) be all locked away!!!!!!!11!!! for all the dangers they pose to SOCIETY

And? Its just a usual case of mass murder. I am not stunned at what he killed. People just overeact with the whole "OHHH, but they were children!!!". This case should not WEIGHT more just because he killed children.
I wonder if they ever find the motives behind this type of behaviour?
My guess is the guy who did this was mentally unstable,as is 99% of the time in such cases.
Moral of the story is, there are a lot of crazy people out there and by crazy I mean mentally ill and not some sort of steretypic BS the media straps to almost everything.
This is just sad when I think about it. But then, its just life and life is the way it is.

I don't think school teach us how to kill. well, you can socially kill a dude by stealing his job thanks to school, but I don't think it goes much further than that...

In essence, even IF schools are not supposed teach murder or rape, teens learn those things IN SCHOOLS because of one dude being angsty and all the others find him cool. In essence, they DO learn in schools how to stab or kill or whatever because of enviroment in schools.

It's terrible what happened.
Out of curiosity, I'd like to know what brought this all on. All I've heard is the guy killed his mother then drove to the school where she taught Kindergarten and began to shoot the kids and adults alike. It's a shame things like this occur. Hell, even President Obama teared up.

Examples?
For instance in Lithuania, you can buy hunting rifles and shotguns, plus handguns for self defense. but you first have to attend a few lectures, get a permit and register the gun at the police.
But weren't there countless gun control laws in the states?
Also, banning something wont fix the problem. illegal dealers will pop out like weeds.
Even though my opinion is to hang the motherbeepers who commit such atrocities on sight without a court, there must be something deeper that makes them do it. nothing is ever done without a reason.

There is evil in ALL countries elodin, but maybe in most of those countries, evil doesn't have the same possibilities to act in evil way. Things like that may happen in other countries aswell. But how often? Compared to the States?
If someone has a knife, it is much easier to run away than if he has an automatic gun.
One day USA will learn....hopefully soon enough so there won't be anymore victims...especially not 5 year old kids....
