Just wanted to post that, and oh yes, I am pleased. Still not as good as Undead race, but for beginning, good enough. ;D
Those will be Undead Archons, so we will still see Undead as a race in some of the DLCs I assume.
Great stuff, really like it that they are introducing stuff like that, it is improving the game a lot!

The official release date was 2013 fall before that post. Although they said they wont force the release and might delay it to 2014 this was the first time they said officially. Even in a june interview Lennart said sept-nov for release date.

well, the first anoucnement of the game was this year, did anyone of you actually beleive they WOULD make it in 2013? ...I mean, I hoped and wished for it, but I allways expected that it would rather be 2014

Only thing I can say is AMAZINGLY AWESOME!
Those really look good, and I really love the UI, nice and clean, greatly written, and one of the better things is that units are zoomed in, you can really see the details(in comparison to the AoW1 and 2).

I think, we can slowly start to summarize all the units we have seen so far. If I skip some, please, feel free to add them:
Basic units for each race: irregular, infantry, shooter, pikeman, cavalry, priest/mage
Theocrat class units: exalted, crusader, evangelist, martyr
Mounts: unicorn, boar, brown horse, raptor, black horse, warg, fell horse, nightmare, blight tusk boar, bleak wargs, hell hound, unicorn sire, red raptor, fire, gold, frost, obsidian and bone wyvern
Neutral & other: shadow, fire, earth & frost elementals, stone, storm, fire and wild/nature giant, ogre, troll, yeti, beholder, nymph, fairy, kraken, phantasm warrior
Unknown - from screenshots: bone dragon, lava dragon, spider & giant spider, skeleton giant, skeleton warrior
