These are the highs and lows according to me:
Austria 
Estonia
Slovenia  - but those dancers did not fear Death.
Croatia - because I'm in a choir too
Denmark - not bad.
Russia - When I ignored the hypocrisy the great power (pun) of this very well performed number overwhelmed me.
Ukraine
Netherlands - Real quality, the only song among these 16 I will play in my stereo.
Montenegro - They were that bad, lol
Lithuania - but zzz
Belarus
Moldova
Ireland
Cyprus - but zzz
Belgium and - The song itself is actually good enough but the performance was terrible in every aspect. Also, I guess I'm not the only Swede who have heard Darin's Lovekiller. He could have made Love kills more like
Serbia - I left the room after 2 minutes.
The results made me happy but WHY is Belarus in when Austria is not??
Petra Mede made a good job at entertaining. The best thing was that since she was alone there was no so called "funny smalltalk" between the hosts. Linda Woodruff gets
I think it was really amazing amusing to sit in the bright evening sunshine watching Eurovision knowing that Malmö arena's outdoor lighting looked really good in that very dark evening less than 10 km away.

nope, serbia was hilar dwi. AS WAS MONTENEGRO (omg Nina's entrance on stage = funniest thing of that entire semi perhaps?). I realize the songs were the tackiest, trashiest things ever, but that makes it better?

I am so happy Estonia made the finals. Well-deserved.
Denmark/Ukraine/Azerbaijan will be the top 3 on Saturday, I think. and while i was sceptical about Denmark actually winning - after tonight i really don't see her losing. Hermione Emmelie is that good. ^__^

How you know if she's got hairy arms when she wears long sleeves? Russia got not because they're best, but because I fell in a surprise attack. I had extremely low expectations from Russia, coming with a extremely hypocritical and traditional ballad, and then I was hooked by some good singing and catchy melody in the verse, and thought hey this is actually not bad, i.e. it's good.
Logic  But unlike "Birds" it will be forgotten after Saturday.

Yes well done Birgit. Singing in Estonian instead of English made it so much better.
And Emmelie is not bad, but Denmarks number it's overloaded by ESC clichés and it's just one sentence on repeat.
