So do I have to log in every day to activate my daily reward so it builds up or can I just leave the game completely and come back a week later to claim it all?

Anyway something interesting i noticed when looking the sandstorm and song of the lost cards. Both of them feature a female hero in a mage-like outfit. A hint at that we may get Academy in the next expansion? Considering that other persons/creatures seen on cards are typically heroes or creatures that are in the game or some very generic representations of hero classes a few cards show. Also both cards are shown in a desert setting. There is also a third spell card from air magic, the storm arrows. It seems to be in a desert setting, secondly the creatures on it don't seem your average empire soldiers, the archers can be thought as wolf marksmen, but then most of them have bows, some ot them having scimirars or some other curved sword on their belts,. The Melee creatures on the front make thing of rogue mercenaries, although they are a bit different.
So why Academy instead of dungeon. First we dont have the air as the primary school in any current faction and Academy is the only one who could fit it in (others would be dungeon-dark, sylvan-earth, fortress-fire). Yes Academy is the masters of every school faction but there is a imporant lore factor to consider: majority of the seven cities inhabitants are human. The latter having a greater affinity with air magics.
Second, we know that Academy was planned for Homm 6 vanilla, but cut. So it isn't impossible that they may prefer it as the next faction instead of dungeon. Especially considering that the dungeon would be strongly dark oriented faction, when we already have the necro. In story dungeon is still a young faction, while academy is old and powerful
Third and maybe the least. The current story of DoC and the forgotten wars cycle seems to be concentrated in the southeastern part of the Empire and nearby lands so the Seven Cities are than the atm not existing Ygg-Chall or Irollan or Grimheim. And the whole Void Magic issue should draw some attention from the Mage Circles.
About the probable hero... the pieces of armor, white tatoos and the scimitar just make me think blademage... so, maybe Academy's Seeker Hero?

I sort of like your post Sorts....
but I think Dungeon would be next since it happened in Heroes VI (and the creatures are so closely linked to Heroes VI creatures).

The Shades of Darkness expansion seems to be the main point why dungeon seems to be the probable new faction. But still, there is a little thing with the story and timeline. SoD takes part 100 years after Vanilla Homm 6, DoC is only 1 or 2 years after the Vanilla Campaigns. It is questionable if the Dark Elves would be the same as in the game, they wouldn't have the dragons, that thing is sure. Other things would be hazier.
I personally want to see both factions, so it doesn't matter for me which of them comes first, just i think the academy as the more probable variant, nit only because of those three air magic cards, but also on other before mentioned reasons.
Another fun fact... all the seeker heroes have the same "hero class" as the emblematic hero on the H6 faction. Cassandra looks pretty much a knight (or a paladin), Garant and Seria pretty much look like a Heretic and Death Knight. Kat seems to be a shaman, and Yukiko a Samurai (especially when having a title seeker of honour).

Reached 1412 and it went downhill since. A few losses at -25, a few disconnects, gah. Guess Phrias is bad for your health, will stick with Kelthor and nergal from now on.

Hi guys, could you clarify something about the blackskull spellsmasher or whatever for me? The description says it only smashes ongoing spells, so no permanents? Why should I use it then? I dont see many new cards going in my kelthor deck apart from that lightning or perhaps the war oliphant.
Elvin, i'd be really happy to see your kelthor build if you dont mind sharing, I can post mine as well.

Ongoing is just that, permanent. My standard Kelthor is this though I have been using a variation of this one lately.

Both look good and different from mine. Im currently using inner fire, fire ball and fire bolt and I still dont have any assassins at lvl 35. I cant link it right now for reasons unknown. I'd probably get rid of the sacrificial altar in favour of lightning strike though.

My spell Kelthor was similar with firebolt, inner fire and lightning speed I had fireball at first but eventually removed it due to spell twister.
