So what could be the case is that you have the wrong Mod Order.
The error screens you show says you have a false macro defined.
So both WoG Plus and WoG Revised come with the wogify.erm file. WoG Plus file adds some macros which can be useful for modders but they are missing in the Revised version. So if you load the scripts from WoG Plus they will not work because the have some undefined variables.
So the correct Mod order must be (as shown in Mod Manager):
WoG Plus
WoG Revised
WoG
that WoG Plus overrides your WoG Revised file (as written in the Readme).

Error
I still get " Failed to load Angel.dll" error
I havnt had any responses help yet ?
Anyone ?
I have tried to install 2.46 as well, I get the same error.
Would love some help.

None of Era developers has win 10, hence the problem. I personally kept win 7 especially to be able to play old games.

I have win10 64-bit and ERA 2.7.4 installed. For far so good and no problem with angels!

Like where exactly are those instructions coz i cant see any...
Look I have a file that fix the icons in wog so they can look like normal from Heroes 3
I want to instal them b ut i dont know how because ther is no instructions like it was in wog 58f when you just put everything to the ,,Update,, folder and than install it from H3wUpd.exe
here is nothing like that and i dont know what to do so please help me

I don't know what is that wog file and how we open it. Anyway:
1) install H3 SoD or complete
2) Install Era 2 over it (double click on the executable you download. then specify the path to your heroes game)
3) install mods doing same
4) before playing open mod manager and activate/deactivate mods by double clicking
All files, including Era, are linked in the Era 100+ mods thread, the link is now googledrive.

Safe Sod displays in Russian not English
Safe Sod displays in Russian not English
Trying to figure out SAFE SOD for ERA, when activate it turns, what I have sees so far, the main screens into Russian. How can I get it to stay on English?
Safe Sod is in, I gather it is supposed to be in this order
Safe Sod
WoG Plus
WoG Revised
WoG
If I go into plugins manager are uncheck restore interface.bin, then the menus are in English again.
It is probably a pathing error in restore interface.bin since English menus are in D:GamesGOGHoMM3 ERA 2.77ModsSoDScreens01sod.jpg and 123sod.jpg
How do I edit restore .bin file or otherwise get Safe Sod to display English?

is not safe sod but some interface plugin you activated. Safe sod is plain english.
