I use 2.8.3 and the trainer works without errors.

I think it is only available in VCMI.

Not quite much more powerfull. I made some vcmi mods, modding system is easy and additive, but... I always blame myself to be not smarth enough to learn ERM, because era scripts give much more possibilities!

Cave (?) was ported by igrik as Conflux replacement and additionally ported as standalone town by Heromant using GrayFace code in ERA+ russian mod package. A few Hota developers disapprove any attempts of Hota resources porting, despite the fact, that many people really like their masterpieces and want to enjoy new towns with mods and script options. You can write in Hota topic/forum/email and ask official permission, though the chances are quite low :-(

to work....
they are supposed to be installed in the Mod folder aswell ?
