We make savegame at another turn, that's it:

Put that files to it's directories and load the savegame.
End turn for both players and you see bad message, when computer players make their moves (on Green or Turquoise turn, depending of your actions)

Thanks for the savegame. It really speeded up the process of finding the triggers by a lot. In the end I found three more triggers within that one single turn, which are all disabled now. You can continue the savegame now. Being at it I also disabled the dimensional door trigger. So that spell can be used now, too (not sure what happens when the computer player uses it though).

Thanks for this great mod When I'm playing with my friends we now always use it
The only problem we met at the moment is when starting a game with ghost mode on. It then immediatly says "Simultaneous turns off".

Ghost mode... that is also something I never tested. Thank you for the report. However this will only be fixed somewhen in April as I am now busy with exams.

This does not appear to work on the Steam version of the game. Any ideas? The patcher returns an error about being the wrong version number. The produce version on the executable is 3.1 and the file version is 3.1.2.98
Is this a checksum issue? I think the .exe for the steam version also calls up the steam CD key popup so the size is going to be a wee bit different. It is 13,443,344 bytes

Hi,
I have no access to the steam version of the game. Can you send me the executable file? You can upload the exe-file in mediafire and send me the download link. I will see what I can do.
Also, it is not a checksum problem. The patcher looks for certain byte combinations in the exe and wont patch if he doesnt find them.

You need to download java and run it with that. It currently does not work with the steam version of the game but it appears Deflaktor is working on that now.

Here's what is my situation before downloading and installing this newest mod.
H5_Game.exe is a retail version.
Modified file is as of 4th of June 2008.
Size has remained at 12,783 KB(12.8 Mb).
Have 6 official and proven to work mods' files in UserMods' folder.
Do you think that your mod. will work on my copy/version and, does it work through the original R.M.G. of the game?

As far as I know the original game does not even feature simultaneous turns. Or does it?
Anyway, the mod was designed for Tribes of the East, latest version. The best way to see if it will work for your version is to just try it. The patcher will check if it will work or not and thus either create a patched exe or not (the patcher checks whether the corresponding code is present).

Hi Deflaktor,
first of all, I would like to say that your work is really super.
since I discover it, I never stop to use it to play to H5.
I play with my bro and I and him are finding your H5_PEST too awesome.
ok...secondly, it's not really needing to modify the steam version of the EXE to play
with the steam version game. In fact, we can play with steam version by running the old EXE
(I'm speaking about only ToE 3.1)
so, I strongly recommended to you, don't work, don't make effort to change the steam version EXE
instead of, it's better to provide the old EXE turned into PEST.
indeed, why to give us a jar pack? for majority of players it's not enough simple.
too complicated, too long. I have got to install java framework only for your stuff.
you give us the EXE pest turned coming from the old Toe 3.1
it's perfect work with steam version.
and nobody will have to modify their own exe alone by using java
finally.....I know 2 bugs!
two artifact break the simultaned turns.
when we get « angel wings (to across mountains) » or « boots of levitation (to across water) »
that break the simultaned turns......
perhaps you can somethings!
keep on your good work.

1.) Thanks for the kind words, Im glad you use it
2.) Okay that is good news to me That drops a lot of work to be done
3.) The thing is, some people use other mods like NCF and Heroes V Levels (which I for example always use) and providing this patcher will make them be able to choose whatever mod they want in conjunction with PEST. And I had to make a Java application because I am a java developer and not too fond of other languages truth to be told I never knew there were still some people out there who do not have Java installed.
4.) Thanks for the bug report. Those are things that can be easily fixed. It will be done somewhere in April.

You can use the EXE with the reasonable experience distribution provided at Heroes V Levels or find some cracked EXE on the webs.
EDIT: There is a new update! The said artifacts have been fixed. Also an experimental Ghost Mode fix has been added. Have fun!

No that is impossible as this patch directly tinkers with the game's internal code. Either way the patcher does not affect the orignal EXE. It creates a new one out of the old one, so no worries.

First i want to thanks Deflaktor for his great work. I don’t know were nival & ubisoft thinking refusing to make simultaneous turns permanent.
In good will to help, first i tested the patch 1.3 in a 1v1 map (disputed island), played successfully all the game. Second I wanted out of a doubt, what's happens if a player attack another player who is already in combat?
Well for that i create a map and let's tested, the result it’s the same as if a player attack another player who is viewing the town screen, the hero try to engage, wait a bit and the attack is cancelled, no game crashes, no blue screen, so doubt solved, it’s totally safety try to attack another player who is already in combat, just you have to wait the end of previous combat.
