heard you were talking snow about the Justicar 
they're both great, former works better as a concept/representation for a strategy game though. the second one is certainly cool but misses a helmet and is more of a character piece.

The DoC card you posted is the wolf CAPITAIN
This is the ORIGINAL wolf justicar
And sorr, you are wrong. even the WC artwok was flaws . for example the way she holds her sword

I have to say that I prefer the Limbic design. We have a Landsknecht, so there is no need to make the Guardian look similar...

It's funny that I didn't notice these breastplates the first time I saw this artwork. aS much as I like this design, these unarmored thighs are a bit ridiculous there as well.
Well, at least this design has a pretty good cosplay potential.

That is correct, Justicar was designed by Paul Phippen ( m0zch0ps) not by Limbic

We've seen a lot of art, both units and townscreens, not to mention portraits and scenery and what not. And you base your entire "Limbic artists suck" on one single, individual image?
Okay...
And you're not even doing it right (Justicar =/= Justicar Captain). Pal, you need better arguments to support your statement.

I agree. I don't get OP either. Ironic thing is, justicar is suposed to serve as example of this bad art somehow, when truth is Justicar is not only one of the best looking Haven units, it is imo one of the best looking units of all H7 we seen so far...
I mean just look at design: Armor is not too bulky and dosen't have pointless ... points (spikes - yes a PUN!) like Landskercht (idk if I pronounced it right), or many other units. Sword and shield are shaped nice ... I just don't see many flaws - except maybe pointless long cloth between her leggs. Oh, hood instead of helmet - there's that - I don't like this choice, Actualy original art shown above is better if you ask me. But hood can just be over actual helmet, so it's not big deal.
Only thing I would complain is that standard units actualy look better than their upgraded counterparts. But ok ... I would say artists are not bad at all ... so again, I don't get it

regardless who was the original maker of the work, Limbic Entertainment approved the designs. Why you guys always take things so literaly. What I meant was to point what what an Elite soldier looks like in the Haven army, and what if could of looked like, example.
I am starting to get the feeling that the only nice thing about M&M H7 is the Stronghold faction, fairly dissapointed with all the rest
