Runeforce effect
Hi there. I'm interested in certain artifacts - Runic War Axe and Runic War Harness. Together they are Runeforce set, which has interesting effect for Warlocks:
>> For 2 items: Doubles Warlock's "Elemental Vision" ability effect.
How does it work? What is the difference between this bonus and Rage of the Elements (Elemental chain effects inflict double damage)?

Not completely sure, since I nver checked this, but Elemental Vision ALONE (without the racial building in Dungeon) affects only spells, so I think, that Runeforce doubles only the elemental vision effects for spells, while Rage of the Elements doubles them all.

I always thought that the building just added a bonus. I certainly remember units dealing extra damage through chains but uncertain if the town had the building.

Elemental chains only work between units when you've build the altar in the dungeon, because it assigns elements to your own units.
Elemental vision allows your warlock to see (and therefor exploit) the chains. In other words, it doesn't really work until you have both the perk and the building. (although having the perk is enough to exploit it with spells, as all destro spells are elemental in nature.)
Also as JJ said, saying it doubles "Elemental Vision" implies it only works on spells, but you can't know that for sure until you've tested it.

Coincidence? I think not!!!!

It's not that simply, becouse i dont know how to calculate Chain damage. BTW i have to admit that dungeon's ult is kinda powerful, attacking with stack of about 20 dragons an enemy with opposite element, couse about 5k additional damage xD

You get 10% of the regular damage (after Luck) for each level of Irresistable Magic (remember, there are FOUR levels possible), plus another 10% for the ALtar.

Elemental Chain damage is calculated as follows:
Base damage * {0.1 * (Lvl of Irresistible Magic + # of alter)} * 2 {if Rage of Element is gained) * 2 (if you have the artifact bonus)
So, if you have a warlock with Expert Irresitible Magic with the ultimate and runic war artifact set and 1 altar built, the damage is as follows
An Implosion as on an air element target would deal:
1000 base damage
elemental chains deals: 1000 {0.1 *(3+1)} * 2 * 2 = 1200 dmaage
which is more than the base spell, same applies to attack damage from creatures.
If you proc Warlock's luck, the damage of the base spell is doubled so the Elemental Chain damage is double as well.
