Today in the evening I met Elvin near my home, it was not him yet it was obviously him, I saw a man walking up the stairs and we happened to make eye contact than I noticed him and for a second I was convinced it was Elvin, the dude looked at me with a scared expression since I was staring at him as if I saw a ghost, plus it was near a sports hall so it made sense. After a closer look at the man... I was still thinking it was him, but it is clear it was not him since he started speaking in the local arabic slang.
Don't freak me out like that, Elvin. Never ever.

So, watching the news and it turns out this music clip created controversy in Saudi Arabia, since it shows women playing basketball and riding bikes! Meanwhile, in Germany, after the copyright period's done with, the new critical edition of Mein Kampf sells 85.000 copies, might be interesting to read since the new edition includes thousands of foot notes and counter arguments by historians and academics.

Random question, how many of you are familiar with iced coffee? It is as common as it gets in Greece but it was almost impossible to find in Turkey. I also remember pan being unfamiliar with freddo back in the day

I prefer regular coffee especially if Italian but I do enjoy ice coffee during summer. I heard you guys are pretty nutts about it in Greece.

I do not drink coffee at all, but it is hard to not be familiar with it given how Starbucks is pretty much everywhere here.

Haha, that marked me as a metalhead friend of mine went to Greece for some gig, and you know, when you're a metalhead you have to be an alcoholic, it's just manlier, but there he told me how he was the only weirdo drinking beer in the metal pub.

Some markets sell it here but it's not something most common people prefer to drink, so usually only upper class neighborhood stores will order it. When were you in Turkey, Elvin?

Don't you guys have beaches with the exact same climate and geography? Why spend the extra money on Antalya when instead, you can have something you won't be able to find locally? Or is it cheaper to have a vacation in here?
