i've eaten healthier today than i have in a while. the only bad thing i ate today was some leftover mozzarella sticks. i also drank 2 cups of water with my 2 cups of carnation instant breakfast; i hardly ever drink water.
i had a banana about an hour ago.
currently eating a bowl of vanilla yogurt with mandarin orange slices, again.

Now that sounds good. Lately I don't have much of an appetite, I could do with a tomato salad for lunch even. Tomatoes, olive oil, vinegar, onions, dipping bread. Mmm. In the evening I have yoghurt with honey, raisins and chopped apple.

Those. Or even better these epic guys. They are huge, tasty, juicy and don't need to soak in water to take the sting. Sadly they are seasonal and only grow up in Zante. They're called nerokremmyda, means water-onions.
