@Baronus i haven't tried it yet. Now i am going to try your software.
Baronus i have tested it with your new version but sadly game is crashed when i clicked shop. You can check the steps from the link at the top. I literally did the same things. Added my .txt files then added .df2 files.

Open preference and simply add h4d. And ok.
But maybe its hexediting problem not h4d? Are you sure thats all correctly in exe?

So I think that to change artifact you must edit not only place in dll. It must be more. Things can be difficult in Heroes modding especially H4.

Baronus but i can add the this 2 .h4d file to the equi.h4r and it works. But this equi.h4r is my template equi file. For the build my mod, I MUST add my text files within equi.h4r

Aha. Txt file may be incorrect! Try edit your txt files by hexeditor not txtedit. Dont change file height.

The only files listed above are layers.* files, which are NOT table or strings files (which I'm guessing is the type of file you're talking about).
Anytime you mention .txt files, you have not provided the name (at least on the last 2 pages, and I just looked again), so I do not know for sure what kind of files you are trying to pack in the h4r container. .txt is NOT an H4 file type, it is just a text file. I am asking you for the FULL filename, not the extension. Then I can better help you get things working, since the Resource Editor absolutely can create an h4r container and add files to it.
I also mentioned you should NOT open an existing h4r file and try to add the files to that, especially if the h4r file already has a file of the same name in it (and I see that is exactly what you did from the video).
Do as leadcrow suggested and File->New, h4r container, then File->Add your files (with .h4d extension).
Edit. You finally posted an image of all the files so that I can actually see them, and yes, the H4 Resource Editor can absolutely add those tables and strings files. I just extracted a table and strings file from text.h4r, created a new h4r container as specified above, and then File->Added each of them to the new container.
As I said, change the extension to .h4d.

I was already experienced about that 2 years ago my text files are correct. I am always using it with same editor and i am always backing up my original files.

Now i have starting to do what you tell me and let me inform you about the steps.
* Double clicked on Resource Editor and created new h4r container
* File > add > files of type "all files" click on table.artifacts.txt and click save
* Now i can see table/artifacts at the screen
* File > add > files of type "all files" click on table.buildings.txt and click save
* At this point i cannot see any of the .txt files. Only there is table.artifacts in there. Somehow i can add only one .txt file.

Can you post the files somewhere for me to download and try?
Also, try adding all of the files before you actually save your new h4r container. There is a bug in the resource editor right now that I haven't been able to figure out yet where I can't save over a file that is already there (the file is somehow still opened by the program and so it can't be deleted to save a new one).

H4 txt is a binary file and must be 100% perfect. Txtedit you use is not a perfectly tool. Sometimes is making failed files. Next question is correctly name. Third Resedit may pack incorrectly.

Tried it out and had no issues adding the strings and table files to a new h4r container.
So do exactly the following:
1) Rename your *.txt extensions to *.h4d
2) Open up the H4 Resource Editor
3) File->New, and select h4r container
4) File->Add for each of the tables and strings files that you want to include
5) File-Add any other files you want, such as the layers files so that they will override the ones in the game files
6) File->Save, and name it new_mod.h4r if you're using Equilibris, otherwise just leave it as new.h4r
7) Place the created h4r file in your H4 data folder.

Haha well I did mention you should try that
The reason for that is because I'm currently only supporting .h4d extensions when adding files to an h4r container.
It shouldn't be a big deal to let you add any extension, since I really only need to check the filename to figure out what type of H4 object it is, but I'm working on some other bugs and features at the moment.

Just to throw in some more to help the confusion..
Besides the very useful H4 Resource Editor by iLiVe, I've used the Mh4 (i recall it being named) extractor/builderfound on CH.
With it you can extract files and pack them into h4r files.
You need to create a blank 'txt' file and name it eg. Equi(.txt) or any other name the game will read.
In the text file you write the header name of the file, along with a number of total files you want to include.
Then you simply copy/paste all the names of all the files you want to pack. These need to have the extension related to type of file, so obj for objects, lay for layers etc.
The program allows you to convert the txt file into a readable h4r file. I can post a more torough guide if you want an alternative to iLiVe's guide
