I suppose you're right monere.

Though I don't like talking about "scientists" and about people who will believe whatever it is that they say. I'd rather discuss something like football.

bring it on!

Let's discuss how Maldini is the greatest defender EVER in the entire history of football and how I love how he's taken a 5hit on Real and Barca whenever they met. I still wish that he played against Messi and Penaldo in official games, though, just so I can prove the entire world how Messi and Penaldo are NOT the best footballers in history

You right.

The Big Bang isn't exactly a "creation theory", where it is more as us trying to apply our logic and understand to the universe as a whole. It simply tries to explain why the universe is the way it is and why it works the way it does.

Also The Big Bang doesn't state that it "comes from nothing". Rather, it says that there was an incredibly hot and dense singularity and something caused this singularity to explode outward. Meaning, that anything and everything within creation was held within that singularity. So you were wrong on that front. What created that singularity? No one knows. And no one will ever know. Did anything exist before that singularity? Who knows.

"The Big Bang theory is a cosmological model of the observable universe from the earliest known periods through its subsequent large-scale evolution. The model describes how the universe expanded from an initial state of very high density and high temperature, and offers a comprehensive explanation for a broad range of observed phenomena, including the abundance of light elements, the cosmic microwave background (CMB) radiation, large-scale structure, and Hubble's law – the farther away galaxies are, the faster they are moving away from Earth. If the observed conditions are extrapolated backwards in time using the known laws of physics, the prediction is that just before a period of very high density there was a singularity. Current knowledge is insufficient to determine if anything existed prior to the singularity." - Big Bang

"The known laws of physics can be used to calculate the characteristics of the universe in detail back in time to an initial state of extreme density and temperature. Detailed measurements of the expansion rate of the universe place the Big Bang at around 13.8 billion years ago, which is thus considered the age of the universe. After its initial expansion, the universe cooled sufficiently to allow the formation of subatomic particles, and later atoms. Giant clouds of these primordial elements – mostly hydrogen, with some helium and lithium – later coalesced through gravity, forming early stars and galaxies, the descendants of which are visible today. Besides these primordial building materials, astronomers observe the gravitational effects of an unknown dark matter surrounding galaxies. Most of the gravitational potential in the universe seems to be in this form, and the Big Bang theory and various observations indicate that it is not conventional baryonic matter that forms atoms. Measurements of the redshifts of supernovae indicate that the expansion of the universe is accelerating, an observation attributed to dark energy's existence." - Big Bang

It may be a theory, but it is the most concrete one we have about the universe as a whole. Not to mention that it explains numerous phenomena that we can observe within the universe.

Too much uncertainty in order for me to believe this theory. Besides...

Quote:
...the universe expanded from an initial state of very high density and high temperature...
this statement right here is flawed because in order for the universe (and not just the universe but anything actually) to have a state of any kind it means that it should first and foremost EXIST in a predefined space since everything that can be observed in the physical world exists in a space. Well, that space in which the universe had existed in its "initial state of very high density and temperature" is precisely (another, or the same?) universe, which is exactly what proves this theory wrong.

That's two things. If that is all it takes to make you not believe in something than I pity you.

You kinda just contradicted yourself and also proved my point.

The universe as a whole theoretically existed as a singular mass. That was not the universe we know. That was not our universe. But it was a universe of some kind. The universe as we know it now what is all around us. That is our universe.

Put it this way. Yolk inside of an egg only knows the inside of that egg. That is its universe. You crack that egg open and free the yolk, suddenly it's entire universe expands to encompass all that is within visual distance of the yolk. Kinda how the Big Bang works.

LOL?!? Don't pity me, pity yourself for your lack of logic and ignorance. I am not the one to be pitied here, you and the fake scientists are.

Also, when it comes to science you don't go "omg, just because 2 things are not accurate or conclusive enough you don't think this theory is true?' facepalm material right here...

Quote:

I contradict myself a lot of times every day on numerous subjects. But I am also right many times a day on numerous subjects. And I am right about this one, so no, I didn't prove your point

Quote:
The universe as a whole theoretically existed as a singular mass
don't know what a "singular mass" is, but don't both explaining cause I can google it. I just don't want to. But you've said it yourself "the universe existed". Singular mass, or no singular mass the universe EXISTED before anything else, which is exactly my point: the universe has not been born, expanded or whatever other crap that fake science will have me believe. The universe had existed before any of so-called "breakthrough" discovery by the "science", which is the version I believe in, hence why I think the Big Bang theory is bogus

Quote:
That was not the universe we know
the Universe we know and the Universe we don't know is the same and only Universe. There is only one Universe, not a multitude of Universes like the SF movies have made you believe.

Quote:
That was not our universe
yeah, we hadn't lived billions of years ago when the "big bang" had supposedly took place, so at least you are right here

Quote:
But it was a universe of some kind.
exactly my point. If it was a universe "of some kind" it means that it was universe. Plain and simple

Quote:
The universe as we know it now what is all around us. That is our universe.
well, duh!

Quote:
Yolk inside of an egg only knows the inside of that egg. That is its universe
the yolk inside of eggs doesn't know anything because yolks here in Romania don't think. I don't know about the american yolks, though... or whichever country you're from

But to address your statement (yeah, I got your idea, don't worry) is that the yolk is different to the universe (space) from our discussion. We are debating the existence of the space itself, not of a yolk or other object that's not "space" and which already exists in a pre-defined space.

Quote:
it's entire universe expands
ok, if you want to believe that the yolk is its own universe I could agree with your analogy (it makes sense), but again, we are not discussing the yolk (which is an object), we are discussing the Universe (the infinite space) because this is what the "big bang" theory addresses. The "big bang" tries to justify (or worse, to manipulate us into believing) the birth of the infinite space around us, when in reality that space had already existed long before everything else

Riiiiiiiight, I'm the ignorant one. Me and the fake scientists. Yeah, I'm the illogical one for believing in a theory that logically explains some of the most fundamental aspects of our universe. Seems pretty illogical to me.

No one is denying that that predefined universe didn't exist beforehand. It's just said that it contained everything within itself. All of space-time, all matter, all energy. Planets, stars, galaxies. All held within it.

What is the thing that bothers me the most at H6? I'm also an anti-Erwin, btw.

1. The spells.
2. The lack of factions.
3. The skilltree.
4. The green Necropolis.
5. The Core-Elite-Champion system.

Edit: I wasn't sure it was my turn, so I decided to not do it right then.
