Numero 2 is the correct answer. I dunno, seems pretty weird when you think about it, but with a bit of salt it is actually tasty and has an interesting texture.

I mean, we do eat the tail here, kidneys too, and the feet as well. Ears and brain are something I never heard of people eating, maybe the ears.
But what am I whinging about, we use pig blood as a chocolate condenser and we eat jellied pig blood, so of course someone would also eat the brain.

They're all legitimate though, if you can stand on your own two feet you get to call yourself a state, not something someone else hands to you (kinda makes you a suka).
Israel through blood and conquest carved out their kingdom from the fledgling little province that they were given post war. Literally bathing in Arab blood for almost a century, them boys and girls do a damn fine job (and I'm totally for Palestinians, got a soft spot for the underdogs, but Israel is most certainly a state they've proved that).
Kosovo gave the blood thirsty Serbs the finger then proceeded to get a lovely tan from the shelling. That's the due-process we need, a sort of an initiation to the international arena (easter-europeans know how it is, you want to play with the big boys you gotta be able to handle a good thrashing).
The Vatican - them priests molested enough kids to please the devil for a few millenia this satanic cult undeniably deserves their own domain for sure.
The People's Republic is literally as unified as a country can get behind a strong leadership, if this ain't a legitimate state there ain't one on the ****ing planet.
