Order of battle (global mod)

Hi there.
I'm doing a global modification of Heroes 7. First and foremost for myself and my friends. Because I really dislike some of Heroes 7's decisions.
I make this thread to gather thoughts on the direction of modification. There is still work on the modification and it will not be difficult to change its direction.
The main provisions of the planned implementation:
1. Reduce the randomness of units and increase the logic of their faction and level. Also changing the characteristics of most units according to their new position, combat tasks and a bit of appearance.
- Core Units: These will be really basic units that have the largest population in factions and are more suited to mass fights.
- Core tough unit: Stronger than a regular soldier, this is usually some kind of beast, monster or supernatural creature.
- Elite units: don't have simple units, they will be either magicians or strong supernatural units.
- Champions: only really epic supernatural units of huge size.
2. Add new factions / cities.
3. Add many new creatures. All neutral units will find their place among existing and new factions.
4. Add new mechanics and skills to the game. Redo some faction skills.
5. Expand the number of hero classes. Make them more specialized in one aspect: might or magic. And add a hybrid type of hero. Thus, 9 types of heroes are planned for each faction: might-offence, might-balance, might-defense, magic-offence, magic-balance, magic-defense, hybrid-offence, hybrid-balance, hybrid-defense.
6. Balance it all.

And I need your help. I am seeking your advice for some unit positions. Below in the topic I will write which ones.
I will also be happy with other suggestions.
If anyone can help ready-made unit models, I'll just be happy.

Are you planning to add Inferno? If so, would you be using homm 6 inferno units?

I think the number of hero classes we already have is sufficient. Add too much and it all becomes to muddy.
