What do you think about the new style? It looked weird at times, but I found it to pretty good overall.

More or less. The animation is done differently, there's a lot more motion happening in dialogue scenes, less still frames, the art style is distinct at times, the titan shifters were so far CGI only. I had to rewatch the second episode to properly enjoy the new vision, it weirded me out too much the first time around.

It's interesting in it's own way.
First 3 seasons were about this isolated and suffocating bridgehead of civilization. And suddenly in 4th season we get the bigger picture and everything starts to get so "mundane".
Ofc I knew what was coming due to manga, but the shift is still pretty much insane.

Haven't read the latest chapters, though I was pretty far in. The last thing I remember is those two kids being taken back to Paradis Island, after that unfortunate event on the airship. I hope that rings a bell. I really want to avoid giving / receiving spoilers, so I'll just stick with the way the episodes progress.
Also, Danmachi ended quite satisfyingly? I'm quite conflicted about this season. It wasn't that great, but not that bad either. Guess it was slightly more than just passable, I gave it an 8/10.
Jujustsu Kaisen continuing got me really excited, I just checked MAL and they say it's 24 episodes. This anime reminds me of Bleach A LOT and has me amazed, especially the point they got to right now. ****'s about to go down and I just can't wait.
Speaking of MAL, this article The Winter 2021 Seasonal Catch-up Guide might be useful to you peeps. Guess it's time to watch the Quintessential Quintuplets, someone recommended it to me. Hmmm.. Maybe Beastars too? Anyway, a lot of good titles that I'm quite interested in watching these holidays.

Damn, that's a lot of some quality sequels. This will be a busy season, thankfully most of the current series are ending their run. Re Zero (well duh!) and Slime are some of my fav series of all-time, but I'm happy to see Neverland, Dr. Stone and Beastars sequels. Log Horizon is hype for some but like I said: never was that big of a fan.

Danmachi ended on a pretty decent note after all. And about time getting back to training, getting stronger and dungeon crawling. Even brought Aiz back on the map. This series has needed a course correction since the end of s1.

Damn, this Winter season though... I realized there are many more interesting series on the radar:
- Mushoku Tensei - I was very hyped when the first trailer was shown. It seems they unfortunately "nerfed" it a bit since then, but it still has the potential to be one of the best Isekai animes in history
- Kumo Desu ga, Nanika? - this series was announced way back, but now is the time it actually comes out. Sick! The premise is interesting and... cute? It's an Isekai where the protagonist starts as... a spider monster XD So it's kinda like Slime datta hen 
There's also:
- Shin Chuuka Ichiban continuation - a kinda niche but very nice "cooking action adventure" similar to Shougeki no Shoma. I enjoyed the first season so will def watch the second.
- Show by Rock!! Stars!! - it includes the first cast of characters so will prolly give it a go
- SK(eight) - an interesting anime project about skaters by BONES. Looks lit.
- Uma Musume: Pretty Derby Season 2 - I enjoyed the first series about horse waifus, so might give it a go.
- Kemono Jihen - the trailer gave me some good vibes, I even posted it here...
Plus there seems to be a lot isekai animes which I'm always "obliged" to watch.
THIS will be one hell of an anime season.

RWBY right now: Ironwood's the biggest idiot in Atlas, and he's leading it. My goodness, has this man failed in every conceivable way possible.
Also finished Tonikaku Kawaii yesterday. It bet it was an unusual anime for the wide shonen category. People actually going for a smooch and not getting interrupted? Embarrassing moments not polluted by comic relief? Wholesome levels of newlywed life? I very much appreciated that kind of maturity breaking all them silly tropes. What a breath of fresh air.
Attack on Titan ep. 2, I can literally count the frames in certain scenes. It really looks as if they didn't have enough time to draw. It's a shame. As I said, right now I'm not feeling it and that's a big minus.

Episode 3 was a lot better though. They had it really rough in life as soldiers for Marley. Them and everyone else they went on to kill. Brutal.
Finished Haikyuu!!: To the Top 2nd Season, watched all of it today because it was that amazing. I'm not even surprised anymore. This series has always delivered.

Yeah no surprise there. Interesting to see the duo not using their crazy quick too often... although Hinata still had his moment which was done superbly. The series is incredible in building up tension and showcasing these moments of brilliance in volleyball.
