Maybe better is add it as a mod to Heroes 3 on modb because it give bigger popularity. HC has 0 content in modb.

Hi, I probably found a bug related to running the GoW chapter. When I tried to run it through Mini Launcher, I got an error message that the file /data/scripts/_core_.sys.lua is missing.
When I looked in the directory, the file was there, but it was called "core_.sys.lua" without _. So I added that "_" symbol there and then everything worked.
Yes I told thank you for information  !

ModDB has some mechanics that you must first learn to understand when writing articles and publishing something on this platform.

probably moddb version has to be clear in that it cannot be an independent full Heroes 3 installer since that is "against copyright".
Just delete the EXEs for the original game and instruct to put in a working H3 complete install overwriting all, that should be enough,
(on the other hand, I uploaded my Armada II with full saying it was just abandonware and got automaticlly prproved :V)

Files are a lot of change/time hex edition with added icon etc.

that shoudn't be a problem, H4 Ultimate is an exe change wqith different icon for example. Maybe they don't like your english. Try deepl translation for the description (Now I have become bot, the destroyer of worlds)

Something that could be easily fixed is avoiding that the polish versions show up in the HDmod launcher when installing the English versions.
I don't understand polish so I don't want the HD launcher filled with exes that I will never use.

Now we don't support upgraded version in english language, so you have in polish, and when you change language in launcher you can run other game language (In future probably no add resource for other language [installer choice], but ONLY launcher chronicles can support always both or more language. You don't run chronicles in hdmod - only in launcher chronicles (correctly menu etc). HDMOD for settings.

I can't get Glory of war to start.
I can start any other campaign, but when i try to start Glory of war, i get the message:
Coult not find start procedure adress GetRetXvarss in DLL-file

Great mod, i have a really good time playing through the Chronicles, except for one thing.
For some reason when a unit moves in combat it's blazing fast like it's teleporting, i find it really distracting.
How do i turn this feature off?

Just delete cranim.txt file (this file tunes speed for HotA speed standards).

Hello VIP,
This sounds like what I'm looking for. But it's a bit unclear to me what I need to download (and install) for this to work.
I have Heroes 3 Complete, all Heroes Chronicles chapters (from GOG) and HotA.
I've download some polish file from here: https://www.vault.acidcave.net/file.php?id=619
But Windows Defender says it doesn't want to run this.
