Yes, exactly. And it’s not the rest of the world who lacks sense, it is you. I used to think people used to come down too hard on your mental health but you just ask for it. The way you claim non-sense after non-sense, and the manner you reply to people who take the time to actually refute it on a fact-check basis, you deserve to be called what you are.
YOU claimed a non-existing change in dictionary definitions which you didint provide any evidence for and it is refuted directly by the editors of the dictionary. The epilogue document seems to have been translated by hand. The names have been transcribed well. I cannot say anything about how the text in the editor has been handled as it doesn't display Cyrillic for me, but if I had to make a guess based on the epilogue text alone, I'd say this was a thorough, hands-on undertaking.
Props to the person who did this, I bet it was one hell of a job.

Russia spends too much time worshipping and glorifying the past and they spend too much of their budget on military. Russia gets involved in too many wars. And why do they have so many nuclear weapons? Also, why do so many people live around Moscow? This makes no sense. They should just move closer to the Caspian or the Black Sea. It's not like they're going to run out of space or something since they still have ridiculously large amounts of territory that they colonized from indigenous people and that doesn't actually belong to them.
Also, stop drinking so much vodka. Drink celery juice. Women outlive men by over a decade in Russia, which is just stupid. Women outlive men by a few years in general anyway, but a stupid lifestyle greatly exaggerates this. Also, no more smoking. Smoking is dumb.
The fashion choices are also bad. I realize that black is a good look but you need to do something other than wear black and jeans. It doesn't look cool anymore if everybody just looks like a clone that crawled out of a morgue. It's probably too much to ask to include colors such as turquoise, coral or sky blue, but you can at least open up to some stuff like navy, red, white, gray, brown etc. Start somewhere, just please, do something with your wardrobe. Breathable fabrics are good for aeration of the skin and a daily exfoliation regime can improve roughness and tone.
A female president would be preferable but all the same, if I was the president of Russia I could start implementing improvements almost immediately. I think they should nominate me.

Before being as opinionated about a country you should learn the basics of said country first.
- Moscow isn't really that cold. Moscow is also historically and culturally important as an over 800 year old important city.
- Russians aren't all gopniks that wear black and jeans. Russian fashion is in fact extremely decadent and way more colorful than US one. Black and jeans is the result of neoliberalism and poverty, not russian culture. In fact even gopnik style is known mostly from late 90's - early 2000's photos, not current reality.
- Vodka comsumption is really down, beer is more popular amongst youth.
