Russia spends much more on its military than the USA and as far as I know it has done so for the past 80 years. Probably because it is the most imperialistic country on Earth with over 75% of its current territory being occupied territory. That number was even higher when it was illegally occupying all of its satellite states before they were (involuntarily) lost.
Western countries that had colonies at least to a certain extent decided to let them go. This is why the UK is enormously more civilized than Russia because despite its foibles it was willing to improve itself whereas Russia continued to be imperialist to the very end, and then simply lost control after its own collapse. Countries that lost their colonies involuntarily, like Russia or Germany, are so uncivilized.
If we wanted improvements, Russia would allow the USA to control it, and Germany would allow themselves to be controlled by the English and accept Boris Johnson as their Prime Minister. Germany was doing good with the pandemic at first but now they have become stupid and require a foreign power to control them and save them from themselves.
Also, Italy should give up its sovereignty and allow itself to be controlled by Germany (with the UK at the top of the hierarchy).

Last year - or was it 2 years ago now? - when he had that really bad episode from acid was the same time his posting style changed permanently and he started becoming delusional and paranoid and more aggressive towards posters. You don't walk into the discussion thinking you know everything. You answer the questions directly. You answer the arguments directly. You provide the source for your claim directly. Anyone tries to counter that, you again answer directly. Leave no room for sophisms, no room for logical loopholes. You stick to it. That's how.
You start talking about "handlers" and "propaganda", everyone you accuse will go into defensive mode and dismiss you as unreasonable, because, like it or not, those things don't do anything for the conversation except lead it into the ad hominem minefield.
The moment you say "Blah blah, I'm not reading this" is the moment you not only surrender your cause, but also show disrespect toward the person you are talking to, and that person will respond in kind. First off, I already showed that's an statistical lie. The USA spends more in military than Russia and China combined.

100% of USA territory is occupied native territory in the last 250 years by European immigrants most of which came in the 20th century, while ethnic Russians have been living in European Russia for more than 1000 years.
Also, native siberian, turkic, caucasian people's are also considered Russians (rossisky), unlike in the USA where "blacks, asians, natives and latinos" are counted as some kind of different, alien construct for not being "white" (Russians never have a conception of "whiteness", instead people are counted by language group).
But anyways, deluded people will continue to be deluded no matter the facts.

Dude, that just shows gross spending in terms of US dollars lol. Russia spends more on its military than the US does. Not that I think the US is some kind of example to follow or something because we are a terrorist nation but I'm just saying that Russia is definitely more militaristic. It also has a much greater obsession with wars from the past and holds massive parades over it, etc. Might be useful to live in the present and think about the future and maybe stop nerding out over tanks like it was 1946 or something.
Also, all that vast territory in the east is just annexed territory taken under imperialist Russia, either by bribing natives with crappy deals or by killing them. Russia went on this anti-imperialist propaganda spiel in the 20th century while being a massive imperialist the entire time.
And a citizen in the US is an actual US citizen. The difference is that people don't have to choose between identities and become assimilated into a culture. They can simultaneously be both Russian (maybe their homeland) and American (their place of residence and their new country) without the two conflicting with each other and treating one as if it were in opposition to the other. It's perfectly fine for a Nigerian with US citizenship to call themselves Nigerian. It's not perceived as some kind of insult towards the US in the way it is in a more racist country like France that expects everybody to identify as French and to act French, whatever that is suppose to mean. France is another country which would benefit from allowing itself to be governed and ruled by the UK and Sweden, but that is another topic.

USA has a much more militaristic culture than Russia, but what would you know, you know nothing of Russia except what holywood feeds you. And you believe in tanks way more than I do.
Sure, Russia may have 1 or 2 central annual military parades at red square (and really no more, the most important of which commemorates the survival of their nation after having 28 million killed by nazi snowing germany), but USA obssess over war 24/7 and have military bases all over the planet.
So pot calls kettle black...
By the way, you know "russians" in holywood film are just americans speaking english with fake accents, no? Unbelievable!

anyone in the U.S. claiming they are something other than american, need to go back to where they came from. it's amazing the mental backflips the left do; it's ok to be proud of the country you immigrated from, but not the country you immigrated to; because it's racist. racist enough to be a snowting ground for non-patriots, without any sort of repercussion. gtfo. you don't see me claiming i'm a european, do you? no, because 1: i'm not retarded, and 2: i wouldn't insult a country that took my family in by claiming i'm anything other than an american who has rightfully assimilated into the U.S.

Except there are actually quite a few European Americans that identify as European (in addition to their US citizenship). They would be 1st or possibly 2nd generation citizens. A US born citizen whose family has been here for many generations probably wouldn't because practically speaking they don't have any sort of cultural or familial relationship with Europe, but a newer immigrant would, which is a perfectly normal and healthy and human response. Peoples' past doesn't just erase itself when they move to a new country and it is intolerant and backwards to expect that. Places that try this approach end up with a lot of problems down the road because they encounter resistance.
Again, it is both/and, not either/or.
As far as the proud thing: I do think "I am proud to be an American" is a fallacious statement because it attributes a person's individual merit to their country, which is a sort of breeding ground for toxicity and attitudes of exceptionalism. "I am happy to be an American" would be a much more appropriate and respectful statement. At any rate, I would definitely never say the former and I never will.

I have first/second generation citizen relatives who are American and they indeed think of themselves as both American and Turkish. It’s not mutually exclusive. Just look at Sal here, he considers himself both French and Romanian.
