Just noticed a tiny error starting as red in Ad Nauseum.

Intro text says
"Rand loud the battle cry"

Also "battles bloody mire" instead of battles' or battle's

Wow, thanks, not sure how that happened. The text is directly from a rhyme in MM1. I read that rhyme so many times during playtests it just magically dodged me. Will be fixed when I eventually post an update with all the new 1.7.1 stuff .

Looks like I was wrong about the second part. I should have read it:

And in their battles [bloody mire]
Found our land its(bloody mire's) source

So only the "Rand" is a typo.

And yeah, I actually made a video a year ago about proof reading and specifically referenced Homm3 map making, because so many maps have typos. You know what you meant to write, so you read what you intended. Plus the text is rarely in your face.

@gnollking Hi, I see you used the new Value parameter for some monsters in Ad Nauseum. Do you have any information on about it? Is it the AI Value or Fight Value of each creatures multiplied or something of the like? And are they equal to the Value of a block on Connections in templates?

It's the value of the treasure (collectibles, locations, etc.) that the monster is guarding.

If you want to use the setting as the actual AI value for the stack, you need to put in (desired_AI_value + 5750) / 2.5. So if you want to have a stack with an AI value of 10000, the value you put in the map editor would be 6300.

I did that for each and every random monster in Ad Nauseam, with variations depending on the area

This wiki page was invaluable for my custom calculator.

Thank you very much. This link answers my other questions.
I was trying to make a template but the values I've used are too low.

Do you really need the DD scroll to attack Tan or I missed something?

There's no Tan in Ad Nauseam, I guess you mean Pink? The only thing you need DD for is one instance of Armageddon's Blade (there's several ways to get it).

Sorry again, I meant Orange, behind the Tan Border guard. But I've found the way later, after surpassing it with DD...
