It seems most people that like to drink are not from europe (not counting uk as europe that is) just must be the different cultures
No wonder you dont drink all you can buy over there seems to be beer (not a big fan of beer)

Every once in a while
A nice cabernet, mebe another nice red, champagne is great (mimosa's are a great vacation thing in the morning) or mebe a few nice spicy bloody maries
Just to go for a great numb feeling a few diry vodka martini's are always nice or a few vodka cranberry while throwin dice at the craps table.
nuthin wrong with a good beer (wheat or mebe sumthin else interesting)

Lets see.....
A few Jack Daniels and coke.
A couple of bottles of red wine with dinner.
Some Cointreau or Hennessey or Grande Marnier for dessert.
Thats all I allow myself these days...
Except maybe a couple of Heinekins or Grolsch in the afternoon......
And sometimes Champaign or Mimosas or maybe a Gin fizz in the morning....
And sometimes..... Gin & Tonics if its hot!
And frozen Ouzo is always nice!
Sometimes I like a Single Malt Scotch straight!
And sometimes.... about 3AM, I stagger downstairs and pour a 16oz waterglass full of cheap Vodka and fire up a hooter.
Except for these rare daily occurences..... I hardly ever drink.

A nice joint and a few beers won't hurt you.
It's called moderation.
The point is do whatever you choose to do as long as you don't hurt anyone else IMO.
I personally love a nice cold beer after work with a few mates.
A glass of Shiraz with a nice steak mmmmmmm!!
Or get just plain bombed with some friends in the pub with a good band!

by KQ he meant me ofcourse...after drinking 1/4 liter of beet and 1 long drink i tried to snow in a garbage bin and knocked a few parklights out... and later when the only thing they sold me was nonalcoholic beer(tasted like pee) i smashed the bottle against a gasoline station wall...thats the only part i regret.  and no flamers...im not trying to pretend i kick ass and that im a real ghetto gangsta(as someone mentioned) im just telling you the truth.

I like drinking alcohol just because of the taste, however I don't like beer, since it gives me a stomache ache, and that's not really worth it, being at a party with you stomache hurting terribly isn't all that nice, especially when you're still jumping up and down) I mostly drink passoa, safari, smirnoff and so on, which have a great taste. However I do know when to stop, I won't drink till I'm drunk, since I've seen a couple of drunk people and I think they are quite pathetic, since they tend to laugh with what the things they say themselves, which I hate when people do that.

guys like estonia spain has a loonnggg expierience in drinking at a short age (16 in some parts)
if you like drinking spain is the place to go...
i do think drinking is for weak people as our 12 year old friend did say. i myself didn´t drink industrial amounts of alcohol till i was 18 (impersive for a spaniard). Normaly when your 18 you've already thrown up and dozed off and some of your friends had to go to the hospital in a "coma etilico" (Comun frase).
here in spain we drink in the streets in "botellones" (snow plitics are forebidding it). normaly till 11 or 12 after that you got all satruday (thursday and friday) night to have fun talk, drink, dance, snow, play games, swim,... till 3-10 am as a media.
World famous "Calimocho" (cheap red wine with cola) ya have to try it
for more information write the word calimocho (kalimotxo in vasc country)in any look up (google, lycos, ...)
remember drinking kills neurons... but only the slow ones!!! lol
do ask me anything me and my spaniard friends can answer anthing (except beer, brazilians know the most) the only beer i like is malta beer (sweet)
